أبلغت إدارة تعليم الرياض، نحو 51 مدرسة في العاصمة، بتحويل الدراسة من التعليم الحضوري إلى «عن بُعد» بشكل مؤقت حتى يوم الخميس القادم، بعد تعرضها لسرقة الكيابل الكهربائية بمبانيها المدرسية.
وقالت «التعليم» وفقاً لخطاب موجه لمديري هذه المدارس (اطلعت عليه «عكاظ»)، إن هذا الإجراء يأتي لحين الانتهاء من أعمال الصيانة بشكل آمن في المدارس المنهوبة كافة.
وتلقّى أولياء أمور الطلاب إشعارات بقرار التحويل «عن بُعد»، لحين الانتهاء من صيانة هذه المدارس والعودة مجدداً إلى الفصول الدراسية.
The Riyadh Education Administration has notified about 51 schools in the capital to temporarily switch from in-person education to "remote" learning until next Thursday, after experiencing theft of electrical cables from their school buildings.
The "Education" department stated, according to a letter addressed to the principals of these schools (which "Okaz" has seen), that this measure is in place until safe maintenance work is completed in all the looted schools.
Parents of the students received notifications about the decision to switch to "remote" learning until the maintenance of these schools is completed and they can return to the classrooms.
