تجاوز عدد المستخدمين لمنصة سكني من المستحقين للدعم وغير المستحقين حتى النصف الأول من هذا العام 4.6 مليون مستخدم.
وأوضحت «سكني»، أنه خلال النصف الأول من 2025، أُبرم أكثر من (106) آلاف عقد سكني عبر المنصة، واستقبلت المنصة في الفترة نفسها ما يزيد على (160) مليون زيارة رقمية، وتجاوز عدد المخدومين خلال هذه المدة أكثر من (275) ألفاً، وسُجل أكثر من (200) ألف مستخدم جديد؛ ما يعكس ارتفاع الإقبال على الخدمات الرقمية والموثوقية التي تحظى بها المنصة.
وتواصل «سكني»، تمكين المستخدمين من خلال تقديم خيارات وحلول سكنية متنوعة وحلول تمويلية متعددة بالشراكة مع البنوك، وشركات التمويل، والمطورين العقاريين، بما يعزز مرونة الخيارات المتاحة.
وتعد «سكني» أكبر منصة للمعروض العقاري في المملكة، وتوفر خيارات متنوعة تشمل الوحدات تحت الإنشاء، والوحدات الجاهزة، وخيارات البناء الذاتي، والأراضي، كما يمكن للمستخدمين استعراض المشاريع والضواحي السكنية في مختلف المناطق التي تتميز بتكامل المرافق والخدمات بما يحقق تجربة سكن متكاملة، إضافة إلى توفير عروض حصرية للمسجلين، كما تعتمد تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين تجربة المستخدم، إلى جانب تعزيز مفاهيم الجيرة والتكافل الاجتماعي من خلال خدمة «سابع جار».

The number of users on the Sakani platform, including both eligible and ineligible for support, exceeded 4.6 million users by the first half of this year.
Sakani clarified that during the first half of 2025, more than (106) thousand housing contracts were concluded through the platform, which received over (160) million digital visits during the same period. The number of beneficiaries during this time exceeded (275) thousand, and more than (200) thousand new users were registered, reflecting the increased demand for digital services and the reliability enjoyed by the platform.
Sakani continues to empower users by providing diverse housing options and multiple financing solutions in partnership with banks, financing companies, and real estate developers, enhancing the flexibility of available options.
