وقف أمير منطقة حائل الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز، يلوّح لمواطن يعبر بمركبته في لحظة التقطت تفاصيلها عدسة، وخلّدتها ذاكرة المكان. مشهد عفوي على بساطته، حمل صورة عميقة لحاكم يقرأ ملامح التنمية من الشارع، ويرى في المواطن نقطة البدء والانطلاق.
جاء ذلك خلال تدشينه مشروع جسر السمراء، أحد أبرز المشاريع الحيوية التي تنفذها أمانة منطقة حائل ضمن إستراتيجية تطوير شامل يربط المنطقة الصناعية والتجارية والأحياء الشرقية ببقية أجزاء المدينة. مشروع يعكس تطوراً متسارعاً في بنية المدينة التحتية، ويخدم حركة العبور والنمو الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في آن واحد.
يقع الجسر على وادي الأديرع، ويمتد بطول 115 متراً وعرض 30 متراً، بثلاث حارات في كل اتجاه، ويشتمل على منظومة متكاملة من الأرصفة، والإنارة، وشبكات الري، وتشجير الجزيرة الوسطية، إلى جانب دهانات المرور والتبطين الخرساني للمجرى المائي. تكامل هندسي يحاكي حاجة المكان، ويُترجم جودة التنفيذ على الأرض.
وقوف أمير حائل في موقع العمل، وتفاعله المباشر مع تفاصيل المشروع والمواطنين، يجسد حضوراً إدارياً ينهض بالفعل ويُعلي من قيمة القرب. في تلك التحية العابرة، عبّرت اليد عن رؤية، وعن أسلوب قيادة ترى في المشاريع جسوراً للتواصل قبل أن تكون مجرد بنى ملموسة.

This occurred during the inauguration of the Al-Samra Bridge, one of the most prominent vital projects being implemented by the Hail Municipality as part of a comprehensive development strategy that connects the industrial and commercial area and the eastern neighborhoods with the rest of the city. This project reflects a rapid evolution in the city's infrastructure, serving both the flow of traffic and economic and social growth simultaneously.
The bridge is located over the Adir' Valley, extending 115 meters in length and 30 meters in width, with three lanes in each direction. It includes a complete system of sidewalks, lighting, irrigation networks, and landscaping of the median, in addition to traffic paint and concrete lining for the waterway. An engineering integration that mirrors the needs of the place and translates the quality of execution on the ground.
The presence of the Prince of Hail at the work site and his direct interaction with the project's details and citizens embodies an administrative presence that elevates action and enhances the value of proximity. The Prince of Hail praised the generous support from the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince for the development of the homeland and their commitment to continuing the development journey and providing all resources to elevate the quality of life for citizens and residents. He emphasized the importance of this project in connecting the eastern part of Hail city with the west, adding it to the other development projects of this dear homeland, pointing out the importance of continuing to exert more efforts to keep pace with the aspirations of the leadership.
