قضية طبية صادمة هزّت مدينة نابولي الإيطالية، بعدما تحولت عملية تجميل روتينية إلى مأساة طويلة الأمد، إثر اكتشاف جسم معدني نُسي داخل جسد مريضة، ما فتح بابًا واسعًا للجدل حول معايير السلامة داخل العيادات الخاصة.
بداية المعاناة
تزعم امرأة إيطالية تبلغ من العمر 53 عامًا أنها عاشت معاناة صحية استمرت لأشهر، بعد خضوعها لعملية شد البطن في عيادة خاصة بمدينة نابولي يوم 25 أكتوبر 2025، حيث بدأت تعاني فور عودتها إلى منزل عائلتها من آلام حادة وإرهاق شديد، إضافة إلى فقدانها للوعي عقب الجراحة.
تشخيص خاطئ
وبحسب ما نقلته صحيفة «لونيوني ساردا» الإيطالية، تواصلت المريضة مع الجراح الذي أجرى العملية، والذي اعتقد في البداية أن الأعراض طبيعية بعد الجراحة، قبل أن يخضعها لفحوصات أولية كشفت عن وجود عدوى، وتم وصف مضادات حيوية لها دون أي تحسن يُذكر.
اكتشاف صادم بعد 7 أشهر
وبعد نحو سبعة أشهر من المعاناة، خضعت المرأة في 7 مايو لفحص طبي داخل مركز صحي آخر في نابولي، لتكشف النتائج عن وجود جسم معدني داخل بطنها تبيّن أنه مقص جراحي، وفقًا لما ذكرته الصحيفة.
جدل طبي
وأفادت تقارير محلية، استنادًا إلى بلاغ للشرطة، بأن الطبيب الذي اكتشف الحالة أبلغ الجراح الأول بدلًا من تحويل المريضة فورًا إلى مستشفى لإجراء تدخل عاجل، ما أثار تساؤلات حول مدى الالتزام بالإجراءات الطبية السليمة.
لاحقًا، تواصل الجراح مع المريضة مقترحًا إجراء عملية لإزالة المقص داخل عيادة خاصة، وهو ما رفضته المريضة، بحسب البلاغ ذاته.

The Beginning of Suffering
A 53-year-old Italian woman claims she endured health suffering for months after undergoing a tummy tuck at a private clinic in Naples on October 25, 2025. She began to experience severe pain and extreme fatigue immediately upon returning to her family home, in addition to losing consciousness after the surgery.
Misdiagnosis
According to the Italian newspaper "L'Unione Sarda," the patient contacted the surgeon who performed the operation, who initially believed that the symptoms were normal after surgery, before subjecting her to preliminary tests that revealed an infection, and antibiotics were prescribed without any noticeable improvement.
Shocking Discovery After 7 Months
After about seven months of suffering, the woman underwent a medical examination on May 7 at another health center in Naples, where the results revealed the presence of a metallic object inside her abdomen, which turned out to be a surgical scissors, according to the newspaper.
Medical Controversy
Local reports, based on a police report, indicated that the doctor who discovered the case informed the original surgeon instead of immediately transferring the patient to a hospital for urgent intervention, raising questions about the adherence to proper medical procedures.
Later, the surgeon contacted the patient suggesting performing surgery to remove the scissors in a private clinic, which the patient refused, according to the same report.
