كشفت هيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي بمنطقة نجران إحصاءاتها لشهر مايو 2025، حيث تعاملت الفرق الإسعافية مع 1169 بلاغا إسعافيا بنجاح. وأوضحت الهيئة أن البلاغات تنوعت بين حوادث مرورية، حالات مرضية، أزمات تنفسية، وحالات أخرى، حيث تعاملت معها الفرق الإسعافية بواسطة كوادر بشرية متخصصة وآليات مجهزة بأحدث التجهيزات اللازمة.
وأشارت الهيئة إلى أن الحالات المرضية شكلت النسبة الأكبر من البلاغات بواقع 1006 حالات، في حين سجلت الحوادث المرورية 163 حالة.
كما عقدت إدارة التدريب والتثقيف المجتمعي 20 دورة طبية و16 محاضرة، استفاد منها 2976 متدرباً ومستفيداً.
وأكد مدير عام الفرع محمد العسيري أن طلب الخدمة الإسعافية يتم عبر الرقم 997 أو تطبيق «أسعفني»، الذي يتيح للمستخدمين إنشاء بلاغ، استدعاء فرقة إسعافية، إرسال نداء استغاثة، معرفة حالة البلاغ وتتبع مساره، ويستدل على موقع المبلّغ، إضافة إلى عرض المنشآت الصحية القريبة وأرقام الطوارئ والجهات الإغاثية الأخرى.
يُذكر أن منطقة نجران تضم 17 مركزاً إسعافياً تعمل على مدار الساعة بأطقمها من أخصائيين وفنيي إسعاف وطب طوارئ.
The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Najran region revealed its statistics for May 2025, where the emergency teams successfully handled 1,169 emergency reports. The authority indicated that the reports varied between traffic accidents, medical cases, respiratory crises, and other situations, which were addressed by specialized human resources and vehicles equipped with the latest necessary equipment.
The authority noted that medical cases constituted the largest percentage of reports, totaling 1,006 cases, while traffic accidents recorded 163 cases.
The Training and Community Education Department also held 20 medical courses and 16 lectures, benefiting 2,976 trainees and beneficiaries.
The General Director of the branch, Mohammed Al-Asiri, confirmed that emergency service requests can be made via the number 997 or the "Asifni" application, which allows users to create a report, summon an emergency team, send a distress call, check the status of the report and track its progress, as well as determine the location of the reporter, in addition to displaying nearby health facilities and emergency numbers for other relief agencies.
It is worth mentioning that the Najran region includes 17 emergency centers that operate around the clock with teams of specialists and emergency medical technicians.
