باشرت الجهات المختصة التحقيق في واقعة اتهام أحد العاملين بإحدى المدارس بالتعدي على طفل، وذلك عقب بلاغ تقدم به ولي أمر الطفل واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة حيال الواقعة.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى دائرة قسم شرطة مصر الجديدة بالقاهرة، حيث تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية إخطاراً يفيد بورود بلاغ من ولي أمر طفل في مرحلة رياض الأطفال يتهم فيه فراشاً بإحدى المدارس بالتعدي على نجله.
وعلى إثر البلاغ، بدأت الأجهزة الأمنية إجراءات الفحص والتحري للوقوف على ملابسات الواقعة والتحقق من مضمون الاتهامات الواردة. وبعد استكمال الإجراءات القانونية، تمكنت قوات المباحث من ضبط المتهم واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة بحقه.
وأشارت المعلومات الأولية إلى أنه بمواجهة المتهم بما نُسب إليه أقر بارتكاب الواقعة، وفق ما ورد بمحضر الضبط. وجرى تحرير المحضر اللازم بالواقعة، فيما تولت النيابة المختصة مباشرة التحقيقات واستكمال الإجراءات القانونية لكشف جميع ملابسات القضية.

The details of the case date back to the jurisdiction of the New Cairo Police Department, where security forces received a notification about a report from a guardian of a kindergarten child accusing a janitor at one of the schools of assaulting his son.
In response to the report, the security forces initiated examination and investigation procedures to understand the circumstances of the incident and verify the content of the accusations made. After completing the legal procedures, the investigative forces were able to apprehend the suspect and take the necessary actions against him.
Initial information indicated that when confronted with the allegations against him, the suspect admitted to committing the act, according to the arrest report. The necessary report regarding the incident was prepared, while the relevant prosecution took over the investigations and continued the legal procedures to uncover all the circumstances of the case.
