The Emir of the Najran region, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, highlighted the support of the wise leadership for the investment sector and its commitment to empowering regions and creating an attractive and stimulating environment for the private sector, within the framework of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at diversifying the national economy.
This came during a meeting held by the Emir of Najran in his council at the Emirate's Diwan with government leaders, businessmen, and investors, attended by the Minister of Investment, Engineer Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, and his accompanying delegation.
The Emir of Najran emphasized the importance of the meeting as a platform to enhance partnership between the public and private sectors in the region, discuss investment opportunities, and open new horizons for cooperation with businessmen and investors, pointing out the economic components that the region possesses, which provide promising investment opportunities in various sectors including minerals and mining, agriculture, tourism, antiquities, heritage, and others.

For his part, the Minister of Investment, Engineer Khalid Al-Falih, explained that his visit to the region comes as part of the wise leadership's directives to support the development and investment journey, empower regions for sustainable development, and enhance partnership with the private sector to support local investors and enable them to benefit from relative advantages, contributing to diversifying the economic base and creating quality and sustainable opportunities in the region.
He affirmed the ministry's commitment to forming a joint task force that includes representatives from the Ministry of Investment and the Najran Chamber of Commerce, aimed at identifying available investment opportunities, monitoring the challenges facing investors, and working to find appropriate solutions to enhance the region's readiness for investment.
