أكد وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، أن ما يحظى به المرفق العدلي من دعم غير محدود من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ودعم ومتابعة الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء أسهم في مواصلة تطوير المرفق العدلي والارتقاء بالخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين، مؤكدًا حرص القيادة على تيسير حصول المستفيدين على الخدمات العدلية ورفع جودتها.
جاء ذلك خلال زيارة الوزير للمنطقة الشرقية، حيث التقى عددًا من المستفيدين، واستمع إلى ملاحظاتهم حول الخدمات والإجراءات، ووجّه بمتابعة ما طرحوه، مشددًا على أهمية الاستفادة من ملاحظات المستفيدين ومخرجات الشكاوى في تحديد فرص التحسين وتطوير الإجراءات وتحسين تجربتهم.
وتفقد الوزير محكمة الاستئناف بالمنطقة الشرقية، والمحكمة العامة، واطلع على سير العمل ومستوى الخدمات المقدمة ومؤشرات الأداء، وبحث مع رؤساء المحاكم فرص التحسين وتطوير العمل، مبينًا أهمية الاستفادة من البيانات والمؤشرات في رفع جودة الأداء، بما يعزز جودة المخرج القضائي، وسرعة الفصل، ووضوح الإجراءات.
كما التقى وزير العدل قضاة ومنسوبي محاكم المنطقة الشرقية، مشيرًا إلى أهمية البناء على ما تحقق من تطور، وتعميق النضج المؤسسي والجودة القضائية، ومواصلة التدريب والتأهيل، والاستفادة من تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مؤكدًا توجه الوزارة نحو التوسع في تبنيها وتوظيف إمكاناتها في تطوير الأعمال والخدمات، بما يسهم في رفع الكفاءة والجودة وتحسين تجربة المستفيد.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, confirmed that the unlimited support received by the judicial facility from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and the support and follow-up of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Prime Minister, has contributed to the continuous development of the judicial facility and the enhancement of the services provided to beneficiaries, emphasizing the leadership's commitment to facilitating beneficiaries' access to judicial services and improving their quality.
This came during the minister's visit to the Eastern Province, where he met with a number of beneficiaries, listened to their observations regarding the services and procedures, and directed to follow up on what they raised, stressing the importance of benefiting from beneficiaries' feedback and the outcomes of complaints in identifying opportunities for improvement, developing procedures, and enhancing their experience.
The minister also inspected the Court of Appeal in the Eastern Province and the General Court, reviewed the workflow, the level of services provided, and performance indicators. He discussed with the heads of the courts opportunities for improvement and work development, highlighting the importance of utilizing data and indicators to enhance performance quality, improve judicial outcomes, expedite resolutions, and clarify procedures.
The Minister of Justice also met with judges and staff of the courts in the Eastern Province, pointing out the importance of building on the progress achieved, deepening institutional maturity and judicial quality, continuing training and qualification, and benefiting from artificial intelligence applications. He confirmed the ministry's direction towards expanding the adoption of these technologies and employing their capabilities in developing operations and services, which contributes to increasing efficiency and quality and improving the beneficiary experience.
