أحالت نيابة شرق الإسكندرية المتهم (ك.م.ا) إلى محكمة الاستئناف لتحديد دائرة جنايات تتولى محاكمته بتهمة قتل طليقته (غ.ف.ا) داخل مكتب محامٍ، وذلك بعد ثبوت وجود شبهة سبق الإصرار والترصد في الواقعة.
وتعود تفاصيل القضية إلى بلاغ تلقته الأجهزة الأمنية بقسم شرطة المنشية يفيد بالعثور على جثة سيدة داخل مكتب محامٍ بدائرة القسم، لتبدأ الجهات المختصة إجراءات الفحص والمعاينة.
وكشفت التحقيقات أن خلافات زوجية سابقة كانت وراء الجريمة، إذ طالبت المجني عليها طليقها بمستحقاتها، ما دفع المتهم إلى إضمار نية الانتقام منها، وتتبع تحركاتها لفترة قبل تنفيذ مخططه. وتبين أنه تواصل مع محامٍ يدعى (م.ا.ف) طالبًا التوسط بينهما، قبل أن يستغل خلو المكتب ويُعد أدوات الجريمة مسبقًا، من بينها منشار وأكياس بلاستيكية.
وبحسب التحقيقات، باغت المتهم طليقته داخل المكتب وطعنها في الرقبة، ثم شرع في تقطيع أجزاء من جسدها، قبل أن يتم اكتشاف الواقعة وضبطه والسلاح المستخدم. وتم تحرير محضر بالواقعة وإحالته إلى النيابة العامة، التي قررت بدورها إحالته إلى محكمة الجنايات لمحاكمته على ما نُسب إليه.

The details of the case date back to a report received by the security authorities at the Mansheya Police Station, indicating the discovery of a woman's body inside a lawyer's office within the jurisdiction of the station, prompting the relevant authorities to initiate examination and inspection procedures.
Investigations revealed that previous marital disputes were behind the crime, as the victim had demanded her entitlements from her ex-husband, which led the accused to harbor a desire for revenge against her and to track her movements for a period before executing his plan. It was found that he contacted a lawyer named (M.A.F) seeking to mediate between them, before taking advantage of the office's emptiness and preparing the tools for the crime in advance, including a saw and plastic bags.
According to the investigations, the accused surprised his ex-wife inside the office and stabbed her in the neck, then attempted to dismember parts of her body, before the incident was discovered and he was apprehended along with the weapon used. A report of the incident was filed, and he was referred to the Public Prosecution, which in turn decided to refer him to the Criminal Court to stand trial for the charges against him.
