أكد وزير العدل الدكتور وليد بن محمد الصمعاني، خلال لقائه رؤساء محاكم الاستئناف، الدور المحوري لمحاكم الاستئناف في تعزيز جودة المخرج القضائي، مشيراً إلى أهمية البناء على ما تحقق من تطور، وتعميق النضج المؤسسي والجودة القضائية، بما ينعكس على رحلة القضية وتجربة المستفيد.
وأشار الدكتور وليد الصمعاني إلى ما يحظى به المرفق العدلي من دعم غير محدود من خادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ودعم ومتابعة ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان، مؤكداً أهمية مواصلة التطوير وتعزيز التكامل في العمل القضائي.
وأوضح الصمعاني أهمية الاستفادة من البيانات والمؤشرات في تحديد فرص التحسين ومعالجة مواطن التعثر والتفاوت، بما يعزز جودة المخرج القضائي، وسرعة الفصل، ووضوح الإجراءات واتساق الممارسات، مؤكداً مسؤولية رؤساء المحاكم عن جودة أداء المحكمة، وأهمية الاستفادة من ملاحظات المستفيدين في تطوير الإجراءات وتحسين تجربتهم.
وأكد أهمية المكاتب الفنية في بناء المعرفة القضائية ورصد التباين وتحليله، والاستفادة من الدراسات والممارسات المتميزة في تطوير العمل، إلى جانب التدريب والتأهيل المستمر وتعزيز التكامل بين الجهات ذات العلاقة.
وأطلع وزير العدل رؤساء محاكم الاستئناف على توجه الوزارة نحو التوسع في توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في العمل القضائي، والاستفادة من إمكاناتها في دراسة القضايا وتحليلها وإعداد المشاريع، بما يسهم في رفع جودة المخرجات وتطوير العمل القضائي.
The Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, during his meeting with the heads of the appellate courts, emphasized the pivotal role of appellate courts in enhancing the quality of judicial outcomes, pointing to the importance of building on the progress achieved and deepening institutional maturity and judicial quality, which reflects on the journey of the case and the experience of the beneficiaries.
Dr. Walid Al-Samaani noted the unlimited support that the judicial facility receives from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and the support and follow-up from the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, emphasizing the importance of continuing development and enhancing integration in judicial work.
Al-Samaani explained the importance of utilizing data and indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and address areas of stagnation and disparity, which enhances the quality of judicial outcomes, the speed of resolution, and the clarity of procedures and consistency of practices, affirming the responsibility of court heads for the quality of court performance and the importance of benefiting from beneficiaries' feedback in developing procedures and improving their experience.
He emphasized the importance of technical offices in building judicial knowledge, monitoring and analyzing variations, and benefiting from distinguished studies and practices in developing work, in addition to continuous training and qualification and enhancing integration among relevant entities.
The Minister of Justice informed the heads of the appellate courts about the ministry's direction towards expanding the use of artificial intelligence applications in judicial work and benefiting from its capabilities in studying and analyzing cases and preparing projects, which contributes to raising the quality of outputs and developing judicial work.
