بدأت وزارة التعليم استقبال طلبات التسجيل الإلحاقي للطلبة المستجدين في الصف الأول الابتدائي ورياض الأطفال «المستوى الثالث» للعام الدراسي 1448هـ، ويستمر التسجيل حتى 10 سبتمبر المقبل، عبر بوابة التعليم الإلكترونية.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن التسجيل يشمل الطلبة المستحقين وفق الفئات العمرية المعتمدة، ويستهدف في «المستوى الثالث» (KG3) الأطفال من مواليد 25 أغسطس 2020 إلى 24 أغسطس 2021، مشترطة مناسبة عمر الطالب للفئات المحددة للتسجيل الإلكتروني، إلى جانب اجتياز فحص اللياقة الطبية.
وأكدت أن اجتياز الفحص الطبي شرط أساسي لاستكمال إجراءات القبول النهائي، بهدف تقييم الحالة الصحية العامة للطلبة المستجدين والتأكد من استكمال التطعيمات الأساسية وفق الجدول الوطني، إلى جانب إجراء الفحص السريري وقياس الوزن والطول ومؤشر كتلة الجسم، وفحص حدة النظر والأسنان والسمع.
وتتيح خدمة «التسجيل الإلكتروني» تسجيل الطلبة المستجدين في الصف الأول الابتدائي وتحفيظ القرآن الكريم ورياض الأطفال «المستوى الثالث»، من خلال خدمة ذكية تنظم رحلة التسجيل، عبر التكامل التقني مع الجهات الحكومية ذات العلاقة، والتعرف على الفئات المستهدفة والتواصل مع أولياء الأمور.
وتسهم الخدمة في تسكين الطلبة في المدارس القريبة من عناوينهم الوطنية المسجلة لدى الجهات الرسمية، وفق آلية الفرز والمفاضلة المعتمدة، بما يحقق فرصًا عادلة للطلبة ويسهم في الحد من تزاحم التسجيل مع بداية العام الدراسي.
The Ministry of Education has started receiving applications for supplementary registration for new students in the first grade of primary school and kindergarten "Level 3" for the academic year 1448 AH, and registration will continue until September 10, through the electronic education portal.
The ministry clarified that registration includes eligible students according to the approved age categories, targeting children in "Level 3" (KG3) born between August 25, 2020, and August 24, 2021, requiring the student's age to match the specified categories for electronic registration, in addition to passing the medical fitness examination.
It emphasized that passing the medical examination is a fundamental requirement to complete the final admission procedures, aimed at assessing the general health condition of new students and ensuring that essential vaccinations are completed according to the national schedule, along with conducting a clinical examination, measuring weight and height, and calculating body mass index, as well as checking vision, dental health, and hearing.
The "electronic registration" service allows for the registration of new students in the first grade of primary school, Quran memorization, and kindergarten "Level 3," through a smart service that organizes the registration journey, via technical integration with relevant government entities, identifying the target groups, and communicating with parents.
The service contributes to placing students in schools close to their registered national addresses with official authorities, according to the approved sorting and preference mechanism, ensuring fair opportunities for students and helping to reduce registration congestion at the beginning of the academic year.
