The Minister of National Guard, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, reviewed the military readiness of the National Guard forces participating in this year's Hajj mission 1447.

He was received upon his arrival at the ceremony venue by the Deputy Minister of National Guard, Dr. Nasser bin Abdulaziz Al-Daoud, the head of the military apparatus at the Ministry of National Guard, Lieutenant General Saleh bin Abdulrahman Al-Harbi, the assistant agent for the military apparatus in the western sector, Major General Abdullah bin Ali Al-Tuwaijri, along with several leaders, heads of agencies, and department directors.

The ceremony began with the national anthem, followed by a speech from the Assistant Agent of the National Guard for the military apparatus in the western sector, who welcomed the Minister of National Guard, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, confirming the readiness of the ministry's forces to participate in the security mission of Hajj, and to carry out their security tasks in Mecca, the holy sites, and Medina with professionalism, determination, and high readiness, implementing the directives of the wise leadership, and dealing firmly with anyone who dares to undermine the security of the country and the pilgrims.

During the ceremony, he witnessed the military display of the ministry's forces tasked with enhancing the security of the pilgrims, which reflected a high level of efficiency and readiness. He then watched a visual summary showcasing the tasks of the National Guard forces in the western sector.

At the end of the ceremony, the Minister of National Guard inaugurated the camp of the Ministry of National Guard forces in Al-Shara'i in Mecca, which this year witnessed significant developmental upgrades in infrastructure, equipment, and supporting facilities, positively impacting the level of readiness and operational efficiency, and contributing to enhancing the ability to carry out tasks with the highest degrees of professionalism and efficiency.

The ministry's forces participating in the Hajj season are set to carry out their various tasks in Mecca, the holy sites, and Medina effectively and efficiently, with high morale, as part of the efforts of the military, security, and governmental sectors. The participation of the forces affiliated with the Ministry of National Guard in the Hajj season is distributed between security tasks and health-related duties.

The ministry announced the completion of the plans for participation in the Hajj season, by securing various services for the guests of الرحمن, under the supervision and follow-up of the Minister of National Guard, Prince Abdullah bin Bandar, who directed the officials in the ministry to exert efforts and mobilize resources for the comfort of the pilgrims and to provide the services they need in the easiest ways and with the best possible performance.
