أعلنت وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ضبط عدد من المخالفات التي استوجبت اتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحق 12 مكتب استقدام؛ إذ أُوقِف نشاط 5 مكاتب فوراً، وسُحبت تراخيص 7 مكاتب؛ لعدم تصحيح المخالفات خلال المهلة المحددة، وذلك نتاج أعمال الرقابة على مكاتب وشركات الاستقدام خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026م.
وأوضحت الوزارة أن المخالفات المرصودة تنوّعت بين مخالفة قواعد ممارسة نشاط الاستقدام وتقديم الخدمات العمالية، والتأخر في إعادة المبالغ المستحقة للعملاء، وعدم معالجة شكاوى المستفيدين.
وأكدت الوزارة استمرارها في متابعة أداء مكاتب وشركات الاستقدام دورياً، وتطبيق العقوبات النظامية بحق المخالفين بالأنظمة والتعليمات، داعية جميع المستفيدين إلى الاستفادة من الخدمات الموثوقة عبر منصة «مساند»، المنصة الوطنية المعتمدة لتنظيم خدمات الاستقدام، التي تتيح التعاقد الإلكتروني مع مزودي الخدمة المعتمدين، وتوفر أدوات للتقييم وتقديم البلاغات ومتابعتها.
ويمكن الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات من خلال الرقم الموحد (920002866) أو عبر تطبيق «مساند» المتاح على الأجهزة الذكية.
يذكر أن هذه الجهود تأتي في إطار حرص الوزارة ومنظومتها الرقابية والتنظيمية على تعزيز الامتثال في سوق العمل ورفع كفاءة الخدمات المقدمة، وذلك ضمن إستراتيجيتها الرامية إلى ضبط الممارسات وضمان حماية أطراف العلاقة التعاقدية، بما يسهم في تمكين بيئة عمل منظمة تستند على الشفافية وتحسين تجربة المستفيد.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the detection of a number of violations that necessitated taking legal action against 12 recruitment offices; 5 offices had their activities immediately suspended, and licenses for 7 offices were revoked for failing to rectify the violations within the specified timeframe. This was a result of monitoring activities on recruitment offices and companies during the second quarter of 2026.
The ministry clarified that the observed violations varied between breaching the rules of practicing recruitment activities and providing labor services, delays in refunding amounts due to clients, and failure to address beneficiaries' complaints.
The ministry confirmed its ongoing commitment to periodically monitor the performance of recruitment offices and companies, applying legal penalties against those who violate the regulations and instructions. It urged all beneficiaries to take advantage of the reliable services through the "Musanid" platform, the national platform approved for organizing recruitment services, which allows electronic contracting with accredited service providers and offers tools for evaluation, reporting, and follow-up.
Any violations can be reported through the unified number (920002866) or via the "Musanid" application available on smart devices.
It is worth noting that these efforts come as part of the ministry's commitment and its regulatory and organizational system to enhance compliance in the labor market and improve the efficiency of the services provided, as part of its strategy aimed at regulating practices and ensuring the protection of the parties involved in the contractual relationship, contributing to enabling an organized work environment based on transparency and improving the beneficiary experience.
