كشف رصد أجرته «عكاظ»، ارتفاع القيمة السوقية للأسهم التي يمتلكها المستثمرون الأجانب إلى 452.39 مليار ريال، ليفصلها عن مستويات النصف تريليون 47.61 مليار ريال فقط، إذ يتملّك الأجانب في شركات وصناديق مؤشر سوق الأسهم الرئيسي (تاسي) كافة، البالغ عددها 269 شركة.
ويتملّك المستثمرون الأجانب في 12 شركات بنسب إستراتيجية، ممثلة في شركات، هي: «بترو رابغ بنسبة 15 %، والحفر العربية بنسبة 34.3 %، وأنابيب السعودية 16.37 %، وأنابيب الشرق بنسبة 22 %، وأماك بنسبة 14.5 %، وسي جي إس بنسبة 35 %، والبنك الأول بنسبة 31 %، والبنك العربي بنسبة 40 %، وولاء بنسبة 3.57 %، والتأمين العربية بـ 9.19 %، وبوبا العربية 43.25 %، وتشب بـ 30 %».
وتملّك الأجانب في 12 شركة بملكية تجاوزت 10 مليارات ريال، تصدرها مصرف الراجحي، الذي بلغت ملكية الأجانب السوقية فيه نحو 62.18 مليار ريال، ثم شركة أرامكو في المرتبة الثانية، التي بلغت ملكية الأجانب فيها نحو 48.33 مليار ريال، وجاء بنك الأهلي ثالثا وبلغت ملكية الأجانب 45.45 مليار ريال، ثم بنك الأول الذي تملك الأجانب فيه بقيمة 32.39 مليار ريال.
وحلّت شركة «معادن» في المرتبة الخامسة كأكثر قيمة سوقية يتملكها الأجانب في الشركة بقيمة 26.8 مليار ريال، وحل البنك العربي سادساً في ملكية الأجانب بقيمة 22.75 مليار ريال، ثم شركة إس تي سي سابعا بقيمة 22.44 مليار ريال، فشركة بوبا بما يعادل 15.63 مليار ريال، وسابك بقيمة 11.85 مليار ريال، وموبايلي بـ 11.23 مليار ريال، فبنك الرياض بقيمة 10.51 مليار ريال، والإنماء بـ 10.31 مليار ريال.
وتبلغ نسبة ملكية المستثمرين الأجانب نحو 4.75% من إجمالي القيمة السوقية لكافة الشركات المدرجة في سوق الأسهم، وتبلغ القيمة السوقية لكافة الشركات المدرجة نحو 9.56 تريليون ريال.
يذكر أن الحد الأقصى لنسبة تملّك الأجانب في معظم الشركات 49%، باستثناء شركتي «بوبا، والمتكاملة» بنسبة 60%، و«البحري» بنسبة 0% إلا أن الأجانب يتملّكون بها بنسبة ضئيلة حدثت سابقا قبل إفصاح الشركة عن قيود ملكية المستثمرين الأجانب الواردة في نظامها الأساسي، ويسمح بتملّك الأجانب بنسبة 100% في صناديق الريت المتداولة.

A survey conducted by "Okaz" revealed an increase in the market value of shares owned by foreign investors to 452.39 billion riyals, leaving only 47.61 billion riyals to reach half a trillion levels, as foreigners own shares in all 269 companies and funds of the main stock market index (TASI).
Foreign investors hold strategic stakes in 12 companies, represented by the following companies: "Petro Rabigh at 15%, Arabian Drilling at 34.3%, Saudi Pipes at 16.37%, Eastern Pipes at 22%, Amak at 14.5%, CGS at 35%, Alawwal Bank at 31%, Arab Bank at 40%, Walaa at 3.57%, Arab Insurance at 9.19%, Bupa Arabia at 43.25%, and Tash at 30%."
Foreign ownership exceeds 10 billion riyals in 12 companies, led by Al Rajhi Bank, where foreign ownership is approximately 62.18 billion riyals, followed by Aramco in second place with foreign ownership of about 48.33 billion riyals, and National Bank in third place with foreign ownership of 45.45 billion riyals, then Alawwal Bank with foreign ownership valued at 32.39 billion riyals.
Ma'aden ranked fifth for the highest market value owned by foreigners in the company at 26.8 billion riyals, while Arab Bank ranked sixth in foreign ownership at 22.75 billion riyals, then STC in seventh place at 22.44 billion riyals, followed by Bupa at 15.63 billion riyals, SABIC at 11.85 billion riyals, Mobily at 11.23 billion riyals, then Riyad Bank at 10.51 billion riyals, and Alinma at 10.31 billion riyals.
The percentage of foreign ownership is about 4.75% of the total market value of all listed companies in the stock market, and the market value of all listed companies is approximately 9.56 trillion riyals.
It is worth noting that the maximum percentage of foreign ownership in most companies is 49%, except for the companies "Bupa" and "Al Mutakamilah" at 60%, and "Bahri" at 0%, although foreigners own a minimal percentage that occurred previously before the company disclosed the restrictions on foreign investor ownership stated in its articles of association, and foreign ownership of 100% is allowed in traded REITs.
