The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development announced the detection of violations against 18 recruitment offices during the second quarter of 2025, as part of its ongoing regulatory efforts to organize the sector, enhance compliance, and protect the rights of the parties involved in contractual relationships.
The ministry clarified in a statement today that the violations included breaching the rules for practicing recruitment activities, delays in refunding amounts owed to clients, and violations in contracting procedures.
The ministry has taken legal actions against the violating offices, as the activities of 17 offices were immediately suspended, while the license of one office was revoked due to its failure to rectify its violations within the specified timeframe.
The ministry emphasized that these steps are part of its strategy aimed at enhancing compliance in the labor market and ensuring the provision of efficient and high-quality recruitment services, in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
It also stressed the continuation of periodic oversight on recruitment offices and companies, with penalties applied to those who do not comply with the regulations, urging all beneficiaries to use the approved national platform "Musanid," which allows for electronic contracting with accredited service providers, in addition to easily submitting and tracking reports.
