وقّعت NHC مذكرة تعاون مع شركة علم ضمن مشاركتها في معرض سيتي سكيب العالمي 2025 كشريك مؤسس، وذلك بهدف تطوير منظومة متكاملة من الحلول الرقمية والذكية في الوجهات العمرانية التابعة لها.
وتعمل المذكرة على مبادرة الوجهات الذكية، والتي تشمل تحسين المشهد الحضري وتقديم حلول التلوث البيئي والبوابات الذكية ومراقبة المجمع السكني، وتقنيات الريّ الذكية وإدارة الإنارة والنفايات الذكية، إلى جانب تطوير المنصات الرقمية التي تخدم السكان والزوار في وجهات NHC.
وسيسهم التعاون بتطوير نماذج تشغيل رقمية متقدمة تعزز الاستدامة وترفع مستوى جودة الحياة في وجهات NHC، وذلك باستخدام الأضواء الذكية وأجهزة استشعار الحركة ومنظمات الحرارة، بالإضافة إلى خلق خدمات متعددة للتحكم الكامل بأجهزة المنزل الذكي وفق احتياجات المستخدم وتأمين الحماية باستخدام كاشفات الدخان وأجهزة استشعار تسرب المياه، بما يضمن كفاءة تشغيل المنزل وإثراء تجربة السكان وتحسين الخدمات اليومية.
وتأتي هذه الشراكة امتدادًا لجهود NHC في بناء منظومة رقمية متكاملة داخل وجهاتها العمرانية، وبما يرسّخ دورها في قيادة التحول التقني في القطاع العقاري، عبر تبني حلول مبتكرة تعزز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتدعم أهداف النمو العمراني المتسارع.

NHC signed a cooperation memorandum with Elm Company as part of its participation in the Cityscape Global 2025 exhibition as a founding partner, aiming to develop an integrated system of digital and smart solutions in its urban destinations.
The memorandum focuses on the smart destinations initiative, which includes enhancing the urban landscape, providing solutions for environmental pollution, smart gateways, monitoring residential complexes, smart irrigation technologies, and managing lighting and waste smartly, in addition to developing digital platforms that serve residents and visitors in NHC destinations.
This collaboration will contribute to the development of advanced digital operating models that enhance sustainability and improve the quality of life in NHC destinations, by using smart lights, motion sensors, and thermostats, as well as creating multiple services for complete control of smart home devices according to user needs and ensuring safety with smoke detectors and water leak sensors, thus ensuring the efficient operation of the home, enriching the residents' experience, and improving daily services.
