نفذ البرنامج الوطني لمكافحة التستر التجاري 3,785 زيارة تفتيشية لمكافحة التستر بمختلف مناطق المملكة خلال شهر ديسمبر 2025، وذلك استنادًا إلى الدلالات ومؤشرات الاشتباه بالتستر.
وضُبطت 123 حالة اشتباه أولية بالتستر، خلال الزيارات التفتيشية، وأحيل المخالفون إلى الجهات المختصة للتحقق وتطبيق العقوبات الرادعة بحقهم، وتتمثل عقوبات نظام مكافحة التستر في السجن لمدة تصل إلى خمس سنوات، وغرامة مالية تصل إلى خمسة ملايين ريال، وحجز ومصادرة الأموال غير المشروعة بعد صدور أحكام قضائية نهائية ضد المتورطين، إضافة إلى العقوبات التبعية المقررة نظامًا، وهي: (إغلاق المنشأة، وتصفية النشاط، وشطب السجل التجاري، والمنع من مزاولة النشاط التجاري، واستيفاء الزكاة والرسوم والضرائب، والتشهير، وإبعاد المتستر عليهم عن المملكة وعدم السماح لهم بالعودة إليها للعمل).
تحقق من الامتثال
استهدفت الزيارات التحقق من امتثال المنشآت التجارية، وضبط جرائم ومخالفات نظام مكافحة التستر، وشملت عدة أنشطة، أبرزها: (إصلاح ميكانيكا وكهرباء وسمكرة ودهان السيارات، والبيع بالتجزئة للكماليات وإكسسوارات الملابس، والشقق المخدومة، والبيع بالتجزئة للساعات بأنواعها، والمطاعم مع الخدم، والإنشاءات العامة للمباني السكنية).
The National Program for Combating Commercial Concealment conducted 3,785 inspection visits to combat concealment in various regions of the Kingdom during December 2025, based on indications and indicators of suspicion of concealment.
During the inspection visits, 123 cases of initial suspicion of concealment were detected, and the violators were referred to the relevant authorities for verification and the application of deterrent penalties against them. The penalties under the Anti-Concealment Law include imprisonment for up to five years, a financial fine of up to five million riyals, and the seizure and confiscation of illegal funds after final judicial rulings against the involved parties, in addition to the statutory ancillary penalties, which are: (closure of the establishment, liquidation of the activity, cancellation of the commercial registration, prohibition from engaging in commercial activity, settlement of zakat, fees, and taxes, defamation, and deportation of those concealed from the Kingdom and preventing their return to work).
Compliance Verification
The visits aimed to verify the compliance of commercial establishments and detect crimes and violations of the Anti-Concealment Law. They included several activities, most notably: (mechanical and electrical repairs, car bodywork and painting, retail sales of luxury items and clothing accessories, serviced apartments, retail sales of watches of all kinds, restaurants with service, and public construction of residential buildings).
