علمت «عكاظ» أن وزارة التجارة أكملت تطوير آلية متكاملة لمتابعة حركة مركبات المراقبين شملت 767 سيارة رسمية تابعة لها، بهدف تعزيز الشفافية ورفع كفاءة الأعمال الرقابية، إذ تعتمد الآلية على تتبع المواقع بشكل لحظي، ومقارنة البيانات بتقارير الزيارات الميدانية، مما يساهم في تحسين استدامة مصروفات المحروقات وتقليل الهدر، كما تقيّم أداء المراقبين في تنفيذ واجباتهم وزياراتهم للمنشآت ضمن التزامهم بالمهمات.
وبينت الوزارة قيامها بتركيب شرائح إلكترونية في المركبات الرسمية لمتابعة استهلاك الوقود بشكل يومي، مما أسهم في تعزيز الرقابة والدقة في رصد المصروفات.
وستشمل الآلية تقنيات متقدمة لحفظ مسارات المركبات، وتقديم تقارير مفصلة، وإصدار تنبيهات دورية، مما يسهم في تحسين إدارة الموارد ورفع كفاءة الأداء، وتدعم الحلول الجهات الحكومية والخاصة على حد سواء في مراقبة حركة المركبات بفعالية، مما يؤدي إلى تقليل التكاليف وتحسين جودة العمل.
وبينت الوزارة أنها اعتمدت مبادرة تخفيض التكاليف، ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية، واستغلال الموارد، عبر وضع وتنفيذ خطة شاملة لتقليص النفقات وتحسين استثمار الموارد دون التأثير على جودة الخدمات المقدمة، إذ تقوم المبادرة على إعداد خطة تفصيلية تجدد الإجراءات والأنشطة اللازمة وتنفيذها، ثم قياس الأداء بانتظام عبر مؤشرات واضحة وتحليل البيانات المالية.
وستشمل الخطوات العملية إعداد خطة تخفيض التكاليف التشغيلية وتحديد آليات للحد من النفقات غير الضرورية، ثم التركيز على تحسين استغلال الموارد المتاحة والتنسيق مع الجهات ذات الصلة مثل «شركات الكهرباء والاتصالات» على المستوى الداخلي، وجرت توعية الموظفين بأهمية ترشيد الإنفاق وتعزيز التزامهم بالتوجيهات لضمان تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة.
"Okaz" learned that the Ministry of Commerce has completed the development of a comprehensive mechanism to monitor the movement of the inspectors' vehicles, which includes 767 official cars belonging to it, with the aim of enhancing transparency and improving the efficiency of oversight operations. The ministry indicated that it has installed electronic chips in the official vehicles to monitor fuel consumption on a daily basis, which has contributed to enhancing oversight and accuracy in tracking expenses.
The mechanism will include advanced technologies to preserve vehicle routes, provide detailed reports, and issue periodic alerts, which contributes to improving resource management and enhancing performance efficiency. The solutions support both government and private entities in effectively monitoring vehicle movement, leading to reduced costs and improved work quality.
The ministry stated that it has adopted an initiative to reduce costs, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize resources by developing and implementing a comprehensive plan to cut expenses and improve resource investment without affecting the quality of services provided. The initiative is based on preparing a detailed plan that renews the necessary procedures and activities and implements them, followed by regular performance measurement through clear indicators and financial data analysis.
The practical steps will include preparing a plan to reduce operational costs and identifying mechanisms to limit unnecessary expenses, then focusing on improving the utilization of available resources and coordinating with relevant entities such as "electricity and telecommunications companies" at the internal level. Employees have been made aware of the importance of rationalizing spending and enhancing their commitment to the directives to ensure the achievement of the desired goals.
