أعلنت السعودية وروسيا والعراق والإمارات والكويت وكازاخستان والجزائر وعُمان استئناف التخفيضات الطوعية تدريجياً، ورفع الإنتاج بمقدار 206 آلاف برميل يومياً اعتباراً من أبريل 2026، في ظل ما وصفته بأساسيات سوق صحية وانخفاض المخزونات النفطية.
وأوضحت الدول الثماني، التي عقدت اجتماعاً افتراضياً في 1 مارس 2026، أنها ستبدأ تفكيك التخفيضات الطوعية البالغة 1.65 مليون برميل يومياً التي أُعلنت في أبريل 2023، على أن تتم العودة التدريجية للكميات وفق تطورات السوق، مع الاحتفاظ بالمرونة الكاملة لإبطاء أو إيقاف أو عكس الزيادة إذا استدعت الظروف ذلك.
وبلغت الزيادة للسعودية وروسيا 62 ألف برميل يوميا لكل منهما، و 26 ألفا للعراق، و 18 ألف برميل للإمارات، و 16 ألف برميل للكويت، و 10 آلاف برميل لكازاخستان، و 6 آلاف برميل للجزائر، و 5 آلاف برميل لعمان.
كما أكدت الدول التزامها الكامل باتفاق إعلان التعاون، بما في ذلك التعويض عن أي كميات إنتاج زائدة منذ يناير 2024، مشيرة إلى أن لجنة المراقبة الوزارية المشتركة (JMMC) ستتابع الالتزام والتعويضات.
ومن المقرر عقد الاجتماع المقبل في 5 أبريل 2026 لمراجعة أوضاع السوق والتقيد بالحصص، وفيما يلي جدول الإنتاج المطلوب إبريل 2026.

- 18 ألف برميل للإمارات
- 16 ألف برميل للكويت
Saudi Arabia, Russia, Iraq, the UAE, Kuwait, Kazakhstan, Algeria, and Oman announced the gradual resumption of voluntary cuts and an increase in production by 206,000 barrels per day starting from April 2026, citing what it described as healthy market fundamentals and a decrease in oil inventories.
The eight countries, which held a virtual meeting on March 1, 2026, stated that they would begin to unwind the voluntary cuts of 1.65 million barrels per day announced in April 2023, with a gradual return of quantities based on market developments, while retaining full flexibility to slow, halt, or reverse the increase if circumstances require it.
The increase for Saudi Arabia and Russia was 62,000 barrels per day each, 26,000 for Iraq, 18,000 barrels for the UAE, 16,000 barrels for Kuwait, 10,000 barrels for Kazakhstan, 6,000 barrels for Algeria, and 5,000 barrels for Oman.
The countries also reaffirmed their full commitment to the Declaration of Cooperation agreement, including compensating for any excess production since January 2024, noting that the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) will oversee compliance and compensations.
The next meeting is scheduled for April 5, 2026, to review market conditions and adherence to quotas, and below is the required production schedule for April 2026.
