في ظل الأحداث العسكرية الراهنة بالمنطقة، وتوقف تدفق إمدادات الغاز الطبيعي من الشرق، أعلنت مصر، تفعيل خطة الطوارئ المُعدة مسبقًا لإدارة أولويات توزيع الغاز الطبيعي.
وحسب بيان صادر عن وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية المصرية، تشمل الخطة إيقاف إمدادات الغاز لبعض الأنشطة الصناعية، مع زيادة استهلاك محطات توليد الكهرباء للمازوت إلى الحد الأقصى، والتنسيق لتشغيل بعض المحطات بالسولار، بهدف الحفاظ على استقرار شبكتي الغاز والكهرباء وتجنب تخفيف الأحمال.
وأوضحت الوزارة، أن ثلاث سفن لإعادة التغييز وصلت إلى مصر، إذ تقوم إحداها حاليًا بضخ الغاز إلى الشبكة القومية، بينما يجري تجهيز السفينتين الأخريين للربط بالموانئ وبدء عمليات الضخ قريبًا.
وتعمل غرفة العمليات المركزية لشبكة الغاز الطبيعي على مدار الساعة لمتابعة الموقف، مؤكدة أن الشبكة آمنة وأن احتياطي المازوت يكفي لتلبية الاحتياجات.
وفي سياق متصل، قام وزيرا البترول والثروة المعدنية والكهرباء والطاقة المتجددة المصريين، بزيارة المركز القومي للتحكم في الغاز لمتابعة تنفيذ خطة الطوارئ.
كما تفقد وزير البترول ميناء السخنة لتسريع ربط السفينة الثالثة لإعادة التغييز بالشبكة القومية.
وعقد رئيس الوزراء الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، اجتماعًا مع الوزيرين لاستعراض آخر المستجدات وضمان سير الخطة بكفاءة.
In light of the current military events in the region and the halt of natural gas supplies from the east, Egypt announced the activation of a pre-prepared emergency plan to manage the priorities of natural gas distribution.
According to a statement issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, the plan includes stopping gas supplies to certain industrial activities, while maximizing the consumption of mazout by electricity generation stations, and coordinating to operate some stations with diesel, with the aim of maintaining the stability of the gas and electricity networks and avoiding load shedding.
The ministry clarified that three regasification ships have arrived in Egypt, with one currently pumping gas into the national grid, while the other two ships are being prepared for connection to the ports and will start pumping operations soon.
The central operations room for the natural gas network is working around the clock to monitor the situation, confirming that the network is secure and that the mazout reserves are sufficient to meet the needs.
In a related context, the Egyptian Ministers of Petroleum and Mineral Resources and Electricity and Renewable Energy visited the National Gas Control Center to follow up on the implementation of the emergency plan.
The Minister of Petroleum also inspected the Sokhna Port to expedite the connection of the third regasification ship to the national grid.
Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly held a meeting with the two ministers to review the latest developments and ensure the plan is being executed efficiently.
