أنهت المطربة بوسي جانبًا مهمًا من نزاعها القضائي في قضية الشيكات دون رصيد، بعدما سددت مبلغ ستة ملايين جنيه قيمة المستحقات محل القضية، وقدمت أمام المحكمة إقرارًا رسميًا بالتصالح مع المجني عليه خلال جلسة اليوم الثلاثاء.
وقررت محكمة مستأنف جنح الهرم في الجيزة تأجيل نظر استئناف بوسي على حكم حبسها إلى جلسة 13 أكتوبر المقبل، لإتاحة الوقت لاستكمال إجراءات التصالح وإنهاء الجوانب القانونية المتبقية. وحضرت بوسي الجلسة إلزاميًا، وظهرت داخل القاعة مرتدية كمامة وقبعة، بعد أن سلّمت نفسها لحرس المحكمة الذين تحفظوا عليها حتى انتهاء الجلسة، قبل أن تقرر المحكمة إخلاء سبيلها.
وجاء حضورها بعد سداد المبلغ محل النزاع، لتبدأ إجراءات التصالح رسميًا أمام هيئة المحكمة، فيما حُددت الجلسة المقبلة لاستكمال الخطوات القانونية اللازمة لإغلاق الملف.
وتعود القضية إلى عام 2015، حين ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية القبض على بوسي في مطار القاهرة ومنعتها من السفر، بعد صدور أحكام قضائية ضدها في قضايا شيكات دون رصيد، تضمنت أحكامًا بالحبس لمدة ست سنوات وغرامات بلغت ستة ملايين جنيه.
The singer Bousi has concluded an important aspect of her legal dispute in the bounced checks case, after she paid an amount of six million pounds, which is the value of the dues in question, and she submitted an official reconciliation statement to the court during today's session on Tuesday.
The Heliopolis Misdemeanor Appeals Court in Giza decided to postpone Bousi's appeal against her imprisonment sentence to the session on October 13, to allow time to complete the reconciliation procedures and finalize the remaining legal aspects. Bousi attended the session mandatorily, appearing in the courtroom wearing a mask and a hat, after she surrendered to the court's guards who detained her until the end of the session, before the court decided to release her.
Her attendance came after paying the disputed amount, to officially begin the reconciliation procedures before the court panel, while the next session was scheduled to complete the necessary legal steps to close the case.
The case dates back to 2015, when security forces arrested Bousi at Cairo Airport and prevented her from traveling, after court rulings were issued against her in bounced check cases, which included sentences of six years in prison and fines amounting to six million pounds.
