في واقعة غير مألوفة، وجّهت الفنانة المصرية غادة إبراهيم استغاثة رسمية إلى وزارة الداخلية ومباحث الإنترنت، بعد أن فوجئت بظهور عمر غير صحيح عنها على موقع (ويكيبيديا)، حيث ورد أنها تبلغ 73 عامًا، الأمر الذي أثار استياءها الشديد.
وقالت في منشور عبر صفحتها على (فيسبوك): إنها لا تعرف من يقف وراء نشر هذه البيانات، متسائلة عن مصداقية الموقع، ومعتبرة ما حدث «غشًا وتدليسًا» يستوجب المحاسبة. وأضافت مستنكرة أن هذا العمر المدوّن يجعلها أكبر سنًا من فنانات يُعرفن بأنهن من نجمات الصف الأول، في إشارة إلى رفضها المقارنة غير الدقيقة بين أعمار الفنانات.
واستعادت غادة إبراهيم ذكريات قاعدة البيانات السينمائية القديمة التي كان يشرف عليها المخرج الراحل علاء محجوب، مؤكدة أنها كانت مرجعًا موثوقًا للصحفيين والبرامج، على عكس ما يحدث اليوم من معلومات غير دقيقة تنتشر عبر المنصات المفتوحة.
واختتمت رسالتها بالمطالبة باتخاذ إجراءات ضد المسؤولين عن نشر هذه البيانات، مؤكدة أنها تقدمت ببلاغ رسمي للأجهزة الأمنية للتحقق من الواقعة ومحاسبة من يقف وراءها.
In an unusual incident, Egyptian artist Ghada Ibrahim issued an official appeal to the Ministry of Interior and the Cyber Crime Unit after she was surprised to find an incorrect age listed for her on Wikipedia, stating that she is 73 years old, which greatly upset her.
She said in a post on her (Facebook) page that she does not know who is behind the publication of this information, questioning the credibility of the site, and considering what happened to be "fraud and deception" that warrants accountability. She added, expressing her discontent, that this recorded age makes her older than actresses known to be first-tier stars, referring to her rejection of the inaccurate comparisons between the ages of actresses.
Ghada Ibrahim recalled the memories of the old film database that was overseen by the late director Alaa Mahgoub, confirming that it was a reliable reference for journalists and programs, unlike the inaccurate information that spreads today through open platforms.
She concluded her message by calling for action against those responsible for publishing this information, confirming that she has filed an official complaint with the security authorities to investigate the incident and hold those behind it accountable.
