خرج الفنان المصري محمد رمضان ليوضح حقيقة ما أثير بشأن صدور حكم بحبسه لمدة عامين، مؤكدًا أن تلك الأنباء غير دقيقة على حسب قوله، وأن اسمه يتداول في قضايا وأحكام قضائية منذ أكثر من سبع سنوات.

وأوضح رمضان، عبر مقطع فيديو نشره على صفحته الرسمية بمنصة «فيسبوك»، أن تكرار أخبار الحبس أصبح أمرًا شبه دائم، لافتًا إلى أن تأثير هذه الأخبار لم يقتصر عليه فقط، بل امتد إلى أسرته ونجله الطفل.
حكم بالحبس مع وقف التنفيذ
وأشار رمضان، إلى أن أحدث القضايا تتعلق بأغنية حصلت على تصريح رقابي رسمي، رغم أنه لم يكتب كلماتها، لافتًا إلى أن الحكم الصادر جاء بالحبس مع وقف التنفيذ، وهو ما تجاهلته بعض التغطيات الإعلامية، متسببًا في ضرر له ولأسرته.
حفل أمريكا في موعده
وأضاف رمضان أن تكرار أخبار الحبس يؤثر على نشاطه الفني، كاشفًا تلقيه استفسارًا من منظمي حفله الغنائي في الولايات المتحدة، المقرر إقامته 17 يناير، للتأكد من صحة الأنباء، مؤكدًا أن الحكم لن يؤثر على الحفل، مجددًا تمسكه بمصر وثقته في استمرار نجاحه الفني.
التأكيد على حبه لوطنه
وفي ختام حديثه، شدد رمضان على تمسكه بوطنه وحبه الدائم لمصر، مؤكدًا: «هفضل أحب بلدي وأعشق ترابها للأبد ثقة في الله نجاح متصاعد مستمر».
وكانت محكمة جنح مستأنف الدقي أيدت حكم حبـس محمد رمضان عامين مع وقف التنفيذ، وغرامة 10 آلاف جنيه وكفالة 1000 جنيه، بسبب نشر أغنية «رقم واحد يا أنصاص» دون ترخيص على مواقع التواصل.

Ramadan pointed out that the latest cases relate to a song that received official regulatory approval, even though he did not write its lyrics, noting that the ruling issued was for imprisonment with a suspended sentence, which some media coverage ignored, causing harm to him and his family.
America concert on schedule
Ramadan added that the repeated news of imprisonment affects his artistic activity, revealing that he received an inquiry from the organizers of his concert in the United States, scheduled for January 17, to confirm the validity of the news, asserting that the ruling will not affect the concert, reiterating his commitment to Egypt and his confidence in the continuation of his artistic success.
Emphasizing his love for his country
In conclusion, Ramadan emphasized his attachment to his homeland and his everlasting love for Egypt, stating: "I will always love my country and cherish its soil forever, trusting in God for continuous and rising success."
The Daqahlia Court of Appeals upheld the ruling sentencing Mohamed Ramadan to two years in prison with a suspended sentence, a fine of 10,000 Egyptian pounds, and a bail of 1,000 Egyptian pounds, due to publishing the song "Number One Ya Ansas" without a license on social media.
