قضت محكمة مصرية بسجن المتهمين في قضية استغلال شيكات الفنانة المصرية بوسي لمدة 3 سنوات، بعد ثبوت تورطهم في استغلال شيكات موقعة منها على بياض.
بداية الأزمة
وتعود أحداث القضية إلى بلاغ قدمه دفاع بوسي إلى جهات التحقيق، بعد قيام أحد المتهمين باستغلال شيكات موقعة على بياض تعود لطليقها الراحل، واستخدامها في اتهامها بإصدار شيك بدون رصيد بقيمة 6 ملايين جنيه.
حكم ومنع سفر
وسبق أن أصدرت المحكمة حكمًا بالحبس ضد الفنانة، إلى جانب قرار بمنعها من السفر، رغم عدم وجود أي معاملات مالية بينها وبين الشاكي أو باقي الأطراف، وهو ما وصفه دفاعها بمحاولة ابتزاز للإضرار بها وبممتلكاتها.
تحقيقات موسعة
وفي إطار تطورات التحقيق، قررت الجهات المختصة حبس متهمين اثنين على ذمة القضية، مع إخلاء سبيل آخرين مؤقتًا لحين استكمال التحقيقات.
توقيف سابق
وكانت الأجهزة الأمنية قد أوقفت بوسي سابقًا في مطار القاهرة أثناء محاولتها السفر إلى دبي، تنفيذًا لقرار المنع الصادر من النائب العام على خلفية الأحكام السابقة قبل حسم القضية لصالحها.
An Egyptian court sentenced the defendants in the case of exploiting the checks of the Egyptian artist Boussy to 3 years in prison, after their involvement in exploiting checks signed by her in blank was proven.
Beginning of the Crisis
The events of the case date back to a report submitted by Boussy's defense to the investigative authorities, after one of the defendants exploited checks signed in blank belonging to her late ex-husband, using them to accuse her of issuing a check without sufficient funds worth 6 million pounds.
Judgment and Travel Ban
The court had previously issued a sentence of imprisonment against the artist, along with a decision to ban her from traveling, despite the absence of any financial dealings between her and the complainant or the other parties, which her defense described as an attempt to extort her and harm her and her properties.
Extensive Investigations
In the context of the developments in the investigation, the relevant authorities decided to detain two defendants pending the case, while temporarily releasing others until the investigations are completed.
Previous Detention
The security forces had previously detained Boussy at Cairo Airport while she was attempting to travel to Dubai, in implementation of the travel ban issued by the Public Prosecutor following the previous rulings before the case was resolved in her favor.
