وامتزجت مشاعر الحضور أثناء عرض الفيديو بين الحزن والفخر، إذ استعيدت وجوه صنعت تاريخ السينما المصرية والعربية، وبقيت خالدة في ذاكرة الجمهور ومحبي الفن.

بصمة لا تنسى
وتضمّن الفيديو مشاهد لعدد من الفنانين الذين غيبهم الموت خلال العام، من بينهم سليمان عيد، سميحة أيوب، لطفي لبيب، تيمور تيمور، وسامح عبد العزيز، إلى جانب آخرين تركوا بصمة لا تنسى في مسيرة الإبداع العربي.
70 فيلما من حول العالم
تقدّم الدورة الثامنة من المهرجان نحو 70 فيلمًا من مختلف دول العالم، تجمع بين الأفلام الروائية الطويلة والوثائقية والقصيرة، في تنوّع يعكس ثراء التجربة السينمائية العالمية.
وتحضر السينما المصرية بقوة هذا العام من خلال خمسة أفلام تتنافس في مسابقات المهرجان المختلفة، إلى جانب فيلم الافتتاح «هابي بيرث داي»، الذي يشارك رسميًا ضمن ترشيحات جوائز الأوسكار القادمة.

The video included scenes of several artists who were taken by death during the year, including Suleiman Eid, Samihah Ayoub, Lotfi Labib, Taimour Taimour, and Samih Abdel Aziz, along with others who left an unforgettable mark in the journey of Arab creativity.
70 Films from Around the World
The eighth edition of the festival presents about 70 films from various countries around the world, featuring a mix of feature films, documentaries, and short films, in a diversity that reflects the richness of the global cinematic experience.
This year, Egyptian cinema is strongly represented with five films competing in the various festival competitions, in addition to the opening film "Happy Birthday," which is officially participating in the upcoming Oscar nominations.
