تسببت أغنية «رقم واحد يا أنصاص» في إحالة الفنان المصري محمد رمضان إلى التحقيق بعد اتهامه بنشرها عبر قناته الرسمية على «يوتيوب» دون الحصول على التصاريح اللازمة من الجهات المختصة.
وأُحيل محمد رمضان إلى المحاكمة الجنائية في القضية رقم 9213 لسنة 2025 جنح الدقي، وجاء في أمر الإحالة بأن رمضان «قام بأداء وإذاعة مصنّف سمعي بصري في مكان عام دون الحصول على التصاريح المطلوبة من وزارة الثقافة»، في إشارة إلى مخالفة قانون المصنفات الفنية.
سبب إحالة محمد رمضان للمحاكمة
وأوضحت الدعوى القضائية المقدَّمة ضد الفنان أن الأغنية «تحرّض على العنف وتخالف الأعراف العامة»، مشيرة إلى أن كلماتها تتضمن «عبارات خارجة عن الذوق العام وتشجع على الاعتداد المبالغ بالنفس والإساءة إلى الآخرين».
وجاء في نص الدعوى أنه «بعد متابعة ما يُنشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي ويوتيوب، تبيّن وجود الأغنية المذكورة، والتي تُعدّ مخالفة لأحكام القانون رقم 38 لسنة 1992 المنظّم لجهاز الرقابة على المصنفات الفنية، إذ لم تحصل على الترخيص اللازم للعرض العام أو لتصوير الفيديو كليب».
وبناءً على ما تقدّم، تقرّر إحالة محمد رمضان إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، باعتباره خالف أحكام القانون المشار إليه من خلال نشر الأغنية وعرضها للجمهور من دون ترخيص رسمي.
The song "Number One Ya Ansas" has led to the referral of the Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan for investigation after he was accused of publishing it on his official YouTube channel without obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant authorities.
Mohamed Ramadan has been referred to criminal court in case number 9213 for the year 2025, misdemeanors of Dokki. The referral order stated that Ramadan "performed and broadcasted an audio-visual work in a public place without obtaining the required permits from the Ministry of Culture," indicating a violation of the law on artistic works.
Reason for Mohamed Ramadan's Referral to Trial
The lawsuit filed against the artist clarified that the song "incites violence and violates public morals," noting that its lyrics contain "phrases that are offensive to public taste and encourage excessive self-assertion and disrespect towards others."
The text of the lawsuit stated that "after monitoring what is published on social media and YouTube, it was found that the mentioned song exists, which is considered a violation of the provisions of Law No. 38 of 1992 regulating the censorship of artistic works, as it did not obtain the necessary license for public display or for filming the music video."
Based on the above, it was decided to refer Mohamed Ramadan to criminal court, as he violated the provisions of the aforementioned law by publishing and presenting the song to the public without official authorization.
