أحالت جهات التحقيق الفنان المصري محمد رمضان إلى المحاكمة، عقب طرحه أغنية جديدة بعنوان «رقم واحد ياأنصاف»، دون الحصول على التصاريح القانونية المطلوبة من الجهات المعنية.
تجاوز القوانين الفنية
وجاء القرار بعد بلاغ تقدّمت به إحدى الجهات الرقابية، اتهمت فيه الفنان المصري بتجاوز القوانين المنظمة للعملين الفني والإعلامي، عقب طرحه أغنية جديدة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، دون موافقة مسبقة من جهاز الرقابة على المصنفات الفنية.
تحريض على العنف
وأكدت الجهة الرقابية في بلاغها أن الأغنية تتضمن عبارات مسيئة وتحريضية تتنافى مع القيم والعادات المجتمعية، مضيفة أن ما فعله محمد رمضان يُعد مخالفة صريحة لأحكام القانون رقم 38 لسنة 1992 الخاص بتنظيم عمل جهاز الرقابة على المصنفات الفنية.
محتوى لا يتوافق مع القيم
أوضحت الدعوى أن الجهات المختصة رصدت في 4 أغسطس 2025 محتوى أغنية «رقم واحد يا أنصاف» عبر مواقع التواصل دون تصريح، وتبيّن من تقرير الرقابة أنها غير مرخصة للعرض أو التصوير أو النشر، ما يُعد مخالفة قانونية.
وأكدت الجهات الرقابية أن محتوى الأغنية لا يتوافق مع المعايير والقيم العامة، وأن نشرها دون تصريح يجعل الفنان معرّضاً للعقوبات المقررة في القانون.
The Egyptian artist Mohamed Ramadan has been referred to trial by the investigative authorities after releasing a new song titled “Number One, Oh Half” without obtaining the necessary legal permits from the relevant authorities.
Violation of Artistic Laws
The decision came after a complaint was filed by one of the regulatory bodies, accusing the Egyptian artist of violating the laws governing artistic and media work, following the release of a new song on social media platforms without prior approval from the censorship authority for artistic works.
Incitement to Violence
The regulatory body confirmed in its complaint that the song contains offensive and inciting phrases that contradict societal values and customs, adding that what Mohamed Ramadan did constitutes a clear violation of the provisions of Law No. 38 of 1992 regarding the organization of the work of the censorship authority for artistic works.
Content Not Aligned with Values
The lawsuit clarified that the relevant authorities monitored the content of the song “Number One, Oh Half” on social media on August 4, 2025, without a permit, and it was found from the censorship report that it is not licensed for display, filming, or publication, which constitutes a legal violation.
The regulatory authorities confirmed that the content of the song does not align with general standards and values, and that publishing it without a permit exposes the artist to the penalties stipulated by law.
