اعتمد مجلس نقابة المهن التمثيلية، برئاسة الدكتور أشرف زكي نقيب المهن التمثيلية، قرار لجنة التحقيق بإحالة الفنانة المصرية بدرية طلبة إلى مجلس تأديب، وذلك على خلفية ما نُسب إليها من مخالفات قيد البحث في الفترة الأخيرة وخصوصا مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وأوضح النقيب ومجلس الإدارة في بيان صادر من المكتب الإعلامي للمهن التمثيلية، أن القرار جاء التزامًا بلوائح النقابة الداخلية وحرصًا على تطبيق القواعد، مؤكداً أن إجراءات التحقيق والتأديب تتم وفق المعايير القانونية.
كما شدد مجلس النقابة على احترامه الكامل لجميع أعضائه، وأن ما يُتخذ من قرارات لا يستهدف سوى الحفاظ على كرامة المهنة وصون تقاليدها، مؤكداً أن الفنانة بدرية طلبة ستحصل على كامل حقها القانوني في الدفاع عن نفسها أمام مجلس التأديب.
وكانت أعلنت بدرية طلبة، أخيراً، اتخاذها الإجراءات القانونية ضد مروجي شائعات إحالتها للمحاكمة أمام المحكمة الاقتصادية، وتحديد يوم 26 سبتمبر القادم موعدا لأولى جلسات النظر في القضية، على خلفية اتهامها بإساءة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
ومن جانبه، تواصلت «عكاظ» مع بدرية طلبة، والتي أكدت أنها كلفت المحامي الخاص بها باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضد كل شخص أفاد بتصريحات خاطئة عنها، قائلة: «حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في كلمة غلط بتتقال عني ومش هسيب حقي».
The Council of the Syndicate of Performing Professions, headed by Dr. Ashraf Zaki, the Syndicate's president, has adopted the decision of the investigation committee to refer the Egyptian artist Badriya Talab to the Disciplinary Council. This is based on the violations attributed to her that are currently under investigation, particularly on social media.
The president and the board clarified in a statement issued by the media office of the performing professions that the decision was made in accordance with the internal regulations of the syndicate and in a commitment to applying the rules, emphasizing that the investigation and disciplinary procedures are conducted according to legal standards.
The syndicate council also stressed its full respect for all its members, and that the decisions made aim solely to preserve the dignity of the profession and uphold its traditions, confirming that artist Badriya Talab will receive her full legal right to defend herself before the Disciplinary Council.
Recently, Badriya Talab announced that she has taken legal action against those spreading rumors about her referral to trial before the Economic Court, setting September 26 as the date for the first hearing in the case, following accusations of misuse of social media.
For her part, "Okaz" contacted Badriya Talab, who confirmed that she has tasked her lawyer with taking the necessary legal actions against anyone who has made false statements about her, saying: "God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs regarding the wrong words said about me, and I will not give up my rights."
