قررت النيابة العامة في «أكتوبر»، إخلاء سبيل الفنان أحمد السقا بكفالة 5 آلاف جنيه، بعد سماع أقواله في اتهام طليقته مها الصغير له بالتعدي عليها وعلى السائق الخاص بها أمام المارة، داخل «الكمباوند» الذي تقيم فيه في «أكتوبر».
واستمعت النيابة فى وقت سابق لأقوال مها الصغير وسائقها، وقررت صرفها بعد سماع أقوالها، وأمرت جهات التحقيق بجمع وتفريغ الكاميرات الموجودة بمحيط المكان.
واستدعت جهات التحقيق شهود العيان لسؤالهم حول الواقعة، للتأكد من صحة البلاغ من عدمه واستكمال التحقيقات.
وكشف البلاغ أنه لحظة دخول مها الصغير وسائقها «الكمباوند» فوجئا بسيارة الفنان أحمد السقا تعترض طريقهما بشكل مفاجئ، في محاولة لمنعهما من الدخول.
وقال السائق فى بلاغه، إنه حاول الابتعاد بالسيارة، إلا أن السقا طاردهما داخل «الكمباوند» واستوقفهما، قبل أن يترجل من سيارته ويبدأ في توجيه السباب لطليقته، ثم تعدى عليها بدنياً، حسب ما جاء في أقواله.
وأوضح السائق، أنه حاول التدخل لفضّ المشاجرة ومنع السقا من التعدي على طليقته، إلا أن الفنان وجه إليه هو الآخر عدة ضربات، ما دفعه لتحرير محضر بالواقعة.
يذكر أن أحمد السقا انتهى من تصوير فيلم «أحمد و أحمد» الذي سيطرح في 2 يوليو القادم، وهو من بطولة السقا وأحمد فهمي وسيعرض العمل في مصر والخليج في الوقت نفس.
The Public Prosecution in "October" decided to release the artist Ahmed El Sakka on a bail of 5,000 Egyptian pounds, after hearing his statements regarding the accusation made by his ex-wife, Maha El Soghayar, of assaulting her and her driver in front of passersby, inside the "compound" where she resides in "October".
Earlier, the prosecution listened to the statements of Maha El Soghayar and her driver, and decided to release her after hearing her testimony. The investigative authorities ordered the collection and analysis of the cameras located around the area.
The investigative authorities summoned eyewitnesses to question them about the incident, to verify the validity of the report and to complete the investigations.
The report revealed that at the moment Maha El Soghayar and her driver entered the "compound," they were surprised by Ahmed El Sakka's car suddenly blocking their way, attempting to prevent them from entering.
The driver stated in his report that he tried to move away with the car, but El Sakka chased them inside the "compound" and stopped them, before getting out of his car and starting to insult his ex-wife, then physically assaulted her, according to his statements.
The driver explained that he tried to intervene to stop the fight and prevent El Sakka from assaulting his ex-wife, but the artist also struck him several times, which prompted him to file a report about the incident.
It is worth mentioning that Ahmed El Sakka has finished filming the movie "Ahmed and Ahmed," which will be released on July 2nd, and stars El Sakka and Ahmed Fahmy. The film will be shown in Egypt and the Gulf at the same time.
