في تطورات مستمرة هزت الرأي العام المصري، أعلنت النيابة العامة اليوم (الإثنين) قرارات جديدة في قضية «جريمة اللبيني» بمنطقة فيصل في الجيزة، التي راح ضحيتها سيدة (38 عامًا) وأطفالها الثلاثة: سيف (13 عامًا)، جنى (11 عامًا)، والطفل الثالث (9 أعوام)، على يد صاحب محل أدوية بيطرية يُدعى «أحمد» (42 عامًا).
الجريمة، التي وقعت في 21 أكتوبر الماضي، كشفت سيناريو ابتزاز مرعب بدأ باتصال هاتفي غامض من رقم مجهول أخبر الزوج بأن «مراتك بتخونك»، مما أدى إلى خلافات زوجية وانتقال الزوجة مع أطفالها إلى شقة أخرى، قبل أن ينفذ جريمته بتسميمهم بسموم بيطرية ممزوجة بعصير، وإلقاء الطفلة ليا حية في ترعة المنصورية، وجثتي سيف وجنى في مدخل عقار اللبيني.
تحقيقات جريمة اللبيني فيصل
كشفت التحقيقات الجديدة تفاصيل إضافية مرعبة: رجل «الزوجة» كانت مكسورة، مما يشير إلى عنف جسدي قبل التسميم، وسيناريو ابتزاز، حيث هدد المتهم نشر صور حميمة للضحية إذا لم تستمر في العلاقة غير الشرعية التي بدأت قبل ثلاثة أشهر أثناء شرائها أدوية لقططها من محله.
نقل المتهم «الزوجة الضحية» إلى مستشفى حكومي مدعيًا أنها زوجته، وسجل بياناتها باسم مستعار، قبل أن يتركها لتلفظ أنفاسها، بينما سمم الطفلين الأكبرين بنفس الطريقة، أما الطفل الثالث فقد رفض شرب العصير، فألقاه حيًا في الترعة.
قرارات النيابة في قضية اللبيني
في قراراتها، أمرت النيابة باستدعاء الطبيب المسؤول عن «الزوجة» في المستشفى للتحقيق في إهماله المحتمل، وأكدت نتائج تشريح الجثامين استخدام سموم بيطرية متوفرة في محل المتهم.
كما جددت حبس المتهم الرئيسي «أحمد» 15 يومًا إضافية على ذمة التحقيقات، بينما أمرت بإخلاء سبيل سائق التوك توك «رمضان» وعامل المحل، اللذين ساعدا في نقل جثماني الطفلين، بعد ثبوت عدم تورطهما المباشر في القتل، وبضمان محل إقامتهما.
60 ثانية من الرعب
ووثقت كاميرات المراقبة مقطعًا مدته 60 ثانية يظهر «ثواني الرعب» أثناء التخلص من الجثامين في مدخل العقار، مما ساهم في ضبط المتهم بعد جمع أدلة من 4 مسارح جريمة: الشقة، الترعة، المستشفى، ومدخل العقار.
وأفاد والد الضحايا «حمادة» في التحقيقات بأنه لم يكن يعلم بالعلاقة، وطالب بـ«رد الاعتبار» لأسرته بعد الشائعات، مشددًا: «ذنبهم إيه يموتوا بالطريقة دي؟». أما الجد، فقال: «كانت بتشتري منه أدوية للقطط، والناس فكرت فيه علاقة بينهم، لكنها كانت مجرد عميلة».
4 نعوش في جنازة واحدة
وشهدت الجنازة المهيبة يوم 27 أكتوبر مشيعين يتجاوز عددهم المئات من أهالي الجيزة، وسط بكاء وغضب شعبي، حيث شُيِّعت الجثامين الـ4 في 4 نعوش بمقابر العائلة بعد صلاة الجنازة.
التحقيقات مستمرة، ويواجه المتهم اتهامات بالقتل عمدًا مع سبق الإصرار والتعذيب، مع توقعات بإحالته إلى محكمة الجنايات خلال أسابيع، وسط دعوات شعبية لتشديد العقوبة.
In ongoing developments that have shaken public opinion in Egypt, the Public Prosecution announced today (Monday) new decisions in the case of the "Al-Labini Crime" in the Faisal area of Giza, which resulted in the death of a woman (38 years old) and her three children: Saif (13 years old), Janna (11 years old), and the third child (9 years old), at the hands of a veterinary pharmacy owner named "Ahmed" (42 years old).
The crime, which occurred on October 21, revealed a terrifying extortion scenario that began with a mysterious phone call from an unknown number informing the husband that "your wife is cheating on you," leading to marital disputes and the wife moving with her children to another apartment, before he carried out his crime by poisoning them with veterinary toxins mixed with juice, and throwing the live child Laya into the Mansouriya canal, while the bodies of Saif and Janna were found at the entrance of the Al-Labini building.
Investigations into the Al-Labini Crime
The new investigations revealed additional horrifying details: the "wife's" body was broken, indicating physical violence before the poisoning, and an extortion scenario, where the accused threatened to publish intimate photos of the victim if she did not continue the illicit relationship that began three months prior while buying medicine for her cats from his shop.
The accused transported the "victim wife" to a government hospital claiming she was his wife, and registered her details under a pseudonym, before leaving her to take her last breaths, while he poisoned the two older children in the same manner; the third child refused to drink the juice, so he threw him alive into the canal.
Prosecution Decisions in the Al-Labini Case
In its decisions, the prosecution ordered the summoning of the doctor responsible for the "wife" at the hospital to investigate his potential negligence, and the autopsy results confirmed the use of veterinary toxins available at the accused's shop.
It also renewed the detention of the main accused "Ahmed" for an additional 15 days pending investigations, while ordering the release of the tuk-tuk driver "Ramadan" and the shop worker, who assisted in transporting the bodies of the two children, after proving their lack of direct involvement in the murder, with a guarantee of their residence.
60 Seconds of Terror
Surveillance cameras captured a 60-second clip showing the "seconds of terror" during the disposal of the bodies at the entrance of the building, which contributed to the arrest of the accused after collecting evidence from four crime scenes: the apartment, the canal, the hospital, and the entrance of the building.
The father of the victims, "Hamada," stated in the investigations that he was unaware of the relationship, and demanded "restoration of honor" for his family after the rumors, emphasizing: "What is their sin to die this way?"
