تحولت الطرقات المخصصة للمتقاضين داخل مجمع محاكم طنطا في مصر إلى الساحة المباشرة لدراما أسرية غير متوقعة، بعدما اندلعت مشادة كلامية ساخنة بين زوجين انتهت بتطاول الزوجة على زوجها وتمزيق قميصه بالكامل أمام أعين الحضور.
وفي ثوانٍ معدودة، تحرك عناصر حرس المحكمة لتخليص الزوج من بين يديها والسيطرة على الأزمة، حيث جرى التحفظ على الزوجة واقتيادها لتحرير محضر رسمي يوثق تفاصيل الواقعة، قبل إحالة الملف كاملاً إلى النيابة العامة.
واليوم، قرر قضاة محكمة جنح أول طنطا إنزال عقوبة الحبس بحق الزوجة مع تحديد كفالة بقيمة 100 جنيه عن تهمة إتلاف ملابس الزوج وتمزيق القميص، فيما قضت ببراءتها من تهمة التعدي بالضرب، ليرتفع الستار عن واحدة من أغرب واقعات المحاكم.
The roads designated for litigants inside the Tanta Court complex in Egypt turned into an unexpected stage for family drama, after a heated verbal altercation erupted between a couple, ending with the wife assaulting her husband and completely tearing his shirt in front of onlookers.
In a matter of seconds, court security personnel moved to rescue the husband from her grasp and control the situation, where the wife was detained and taken to file an official report documenting the details of the incident, before the entire case was referred to the public prosecution.
Today, the judges of the First Tanta Misdemeanor Court decided to impose a prison sentence on the wife, setting bail at 100 Egyptian pounds for the charge of damaging her husband's clothing and tearing the shirt, while acquitting her of the charge of assaulting him, lifting the curtain on one of the strangest court incidents.
