في واقعة أثارت اهتماماً واسعاً بعد تداول مقطع فيديو عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، قضت محكمة مصرية بالحبس شهراً للزوجة المتهمة بالتعدي على زوجها داخل مجمع محاكم طنطا، في مشاجرة وقعت أمام المترددين على المحكمة، وكشفت التحقيقات تفاصيل خلافات زوجية وقضايا متبادلة بين الطرفين امتدت لسنوات.
وكانت جلسات محاكمة السيدة قد استُكملت، أمس (الأحد)، على خلفية اتهام سيدة بالتعدي على زوجها بالضرب والسب والشتم وتمزيق ملابسه داخل محكمة طنطا، بينما أنكرت المتهمة الاتهامات الموجهة إليها، مؤكدة أن زوجها هو من اعتدى عليها بالضرب بسبب خلافات عائلية وقضايا متداولة بينهما.
تفاصيل واقعة الاعتداء
وقال الزوج، في أقواله أمام جهات التحقيق، إنه متزوج من المتهمة منذ عام 2003، وأنجبا ثلاثة أبناء، موضحاً أن خلافات بدأت بينهما قبل نحو ثلاث سنوات، بسبب ما وصفه بتطاولها عليه أمام الأبناء، قبل أن يغادر مسكن الزوجية في 3 سبتمبر 2022 ويقيم في القاهرة بحكم عمله.
وأضاف أنه فوجئ برفع عدد من القضايا المتعلقة بمنازعات الأسرة والطلاق للضرر والمصروفات الدراسية للأبناء والنفقات ورد المنقولات الزوجية.
وأوضح الزوج أنه حضر إلى محكمة طنطا في 8 أبريل الماضي، بناءً على طلب المحكمة، لأداء اليمين في دعوى تتعلق بإيصال أمانة، مشيراً إلى أنه وصل إلى المحكمة نحو الساعة التاسعة صباحاً، قبل أن يفاجأ بزوجته تستوقفه وتحاول منعه من حضور الجلسة، ثم تعدت عليه بالضرب أمام المترددين على المحكمة.
وأشار إلى أن عدداً من الموجودين قاموا بتصوير الواقعة بهواتفهم المحمولة، قبل تدخل الشرطة واصطحاب الطرفين إلى القسم، حيث حُرر محضر بالواقعة، ثم عُرضا على النيابة التي قررت إخلاء سبيلهما، قبل أن يفاجأ لاحقاً بانتشار مقطع الفيديو على الإنترنت.
خلاف حول إيصال أمانة
وكشف الزوج أن الخلافات شملت إيصال أمانة كان قد وقعه بقيمة 10 آلاف جنيه، موضحاً أنه فوجئ بوجود إيصال آخر بقيمة 15 ألف جنيه، وطعن عليه بالتزوير.
وقال إن مصلحة الطب الشرعي أجرت له الاستكتاب أربع مرات، وانتهى التقرير إلى أن الإيصال محل النزاع غير محرر بخط يده، مؤكداً أن المحكمة طلبت حضوره لأداء اليمين بشأن عدم تسلمه الإيصال محل النزاع.
وبحسب أقواله، فقد كان يعمل سابقاً نائب مدير للعلاقات العامة بأحد توكيلات السيارات، لكنه ترك عمله قبل نحو ستة أشهر بسبب الخلافات، وأصبح حالياً دون عمل، ويجلس لدى أحد أصدقائه في محل حلويات لتدبير نفقاته.
وفي المقابل، تمسكت المتهمة بإنكار الاتهامات، وقررت خلال التحقيقات أن الزوج هو من اعتدى عليها بالضرب، مؤكدة أن الواقعة جاءت على خلفية الخلافات العائلية والقضايا المتداولة بينهما.
وكان حرس مجمع محاكم طنطا قد تدخل لاحتواء الموقف، قبل اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وصولاً إلى محاكمة المتهمة وصدور حكم بحبسها شهراً.
In an incident that garnered widespread attention after a video clip circulated on social media, an Egyptian court sentenced a wife accused of assaulting her husband inside the Tanta Court complex to one month in prison. This altercation occurred in front of court visitors and revealed details of marital disputes and mutual lawsuits between the two parties that have lasted for years.
The trial sessions for the woman were completed yesterday (Sunday), following accusations against her of assaulting her husband with physical violence, insults, and tearing his clothes inside Tanta Court. The accused denied the charges against her, asserting that it was her husband who assaulted her due to family disputes and ongoing cases between them.
Details of the Assault Incident
The husband stated in his testimony before the investigating authorities that he has been married to the accused since 2003 and they have three children. He explained that disputes began between them about three years ago due to what he described as her disrespect towards him in front of the children, before he left their marital home on September 3, 2022, to live in Cairo due to his work.
He added that he was surprised to find several lawsuits filed concerning family disputes, divorce for harm, educational expenses for the children, alimony, and the return of marital belongings.
The husband clarified that he attended Tanta Court on April 8 of last year at the court's request to testify in a case related to a promissory note. He mentioned that he arrived at the court around 9 AM, only to be surprised by his wife stopping him and attempting to prevent him from attending the session, before she assaulted him in front of court visitors.
He noted that several bystanders recorded the incident on their mobile phones before the police intervened and took both parties to the station, where a report was filed about the incident. They were then presented to the prosecution, which decided to release them, only for him to later be surprised by the video clip spreading online.
Dispute Over the Promissory Note
The husband revealed that the disputes included a promissory note he had signed for 10,000 Egyptian pounds, explaining that he was shocked to find another note for 15,000 Egyptian pounds, which he contested as forged.
He stated that the forensic authority conducted handwriting analysis on him four times, and the report concluded that the disputed note was not written in his handwriting, confirming that the court requested his presence to testify regarding the non-receipt of the disputed note.
According to his statements, he previously worked as the deputy director of public relations at a car dealership but left his job about six months ago due to the disputes and is currently unemployed, spending time at a friend's pastry shop to manage his expenses.
In contrast, the accused maintained her denial of the charges, stating during the investigations that it was her husband who assaulted her, emphasizing that the incident arose from family disputes and ongoing cases between them.
The guards at the Tanta Court complex intervened to contain the situation before taking the necessary legal actions, leading to the trial of the accused and the issuance of a one-month prison sentence.
