أكدت وزارة الداخلية أن صاحب العمل من الأفراد الذي يمكّن عمالته من العمل لدى الغير أو لحسابهم الخاص، ستطبق بحقه غرامة مالية تصل إلى 100,000 ريال والسجن لمدة تصل إلى ستة أشهر، إضافة إلى الحرمان من الاستقدام لمدة تصل إلى خمس سنوات.
التقيد بالأنظمة
ودعت الوزارة إلى التقيد بأنظمة الإقامة والعمل وأمن الحدود والإبلاغ عن مخالفيها عبر الاتصال بالرقمين 911 في مناطق مكة المكرمة والمدينة المنورة والرياض والشرقية، و999 في بقية مناطق المملكة.
The Ministry of Interior has confirmed that employers who allow their workers to work for others or for their own account will face a financial penalty of up to 100,000 riyals and imprisonment for up to six months, in addition to being banned from recruitment for up to five years.
Compliance with Regulations
The ministry urged compliance with residency and labor regulations, as well as border security, and to report violators by calling 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province, and 999 in the rest of the Kingdom.
