رفضت محكمة جنايات الطفل، المنعقدة بمحكمة شمال القاهرة، الإشكال المقدم من نجل أحمد حسام ميدو، لاعب نادي الزمالك السابق، على حكم حبسه 7 أشهر، في واقعة اتهامه بحيازة وتعاطي مواد مخدرة ومقاومة السلطات بالقاهرة.

وكانت محكمة مستأنف جنايات الطفل قد أيدت في وقت سابق حكم حبس نجل ميدو لمدة 7 أشهر، على خلفية الاتهامات المنسوبة إليه، بعدما رفضت الاستئناف المقدم على الحكم الصادر بحقه.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى أثناء مرور قوة أمنية في حملة مرورية ليلية بمنطقة القاهرة الجديدة، حيث جرى استيقاف سيارة يقودها المتهم.
وبالفحص، تبين أن قائد السيارة هو نجل لاعب كرة القدم السابق أحمد حسام ميدو، وعُثر بحوزته على كمية من مخدر الحشيش تقدر بنحو 3 جرامات، إضافة إلى زجاجة مواد كحولية، كما تبين وجود فتاة برفقته داخل السيارة.
مقاومة رجال الشرطة
ووفقًا للتحقيقات، حاولت القوة الأمنية ضبط المتهم، إلا أنه قاوم رجال الشرطة، ليتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حياله وإحالته إلى جهات التحقيق المختصة.
وأحالت نيابة الطفل المتهم إلى محكمة الطفل المختصة، التي أصدرت حكمها بحبسه 7 أشهر، قبل أن تؤيد محكمة مستأنف جنايات الطفل الحكم، وصولًا إلى رفض الإشكال المقدم على الحكم.
The Child Criminal Court, convened at the North Cairo Court, rejected the appeal submitted by the son of Ahmed Hossam Mido, former Zamalek Club player, against the ruling of his 7-month imprisonment for being accused of possessing and using narcotic substances and resisting authorities in Cairo.
Details of the Incident
The Child Criminal Court of Appeal had previously upheld the ruling of 7 months' imprisonment for Mido's son, following the rejection of the appeal submitted against the ruling issued against him.
The details of the incident date back to when a security force was conducting a nighttime traffic campaign in the New Cairo area, where a vehicle driven by the accused was stopped.
Upon inspection, it was found that the driver of the vehicle was the son of former football player Ahmed Hossam Mido, and approximately 3 grams of hashish were found in his possession, in addition to a bottle of alcoholic substances. It was also revealed that a girl was with him inside the car.
Resisting Police Officers
According to the investigations, the security force attempted to apprehend the accused; however, he resisted the police officers, leading to legal actions being taken against him and his referral to the competent investigative authorities.
The Child Prosecution referred the accused to the competent Child Court, which issued its ruling of 7 months' imprisonment, before the Child Criminal Court of Appeal upheld the ruling, culminating in the rejection of the appeal submitted against the ruling.
