تحديد وضبط واعتراف
وبسؤالها، اتهمت نجليها بالتعدي عليها بالسب والضرب، موضحة أن الواقعة حدثت يوم 27 من الشهر الجاري، أثناء وجودهما داخل منزل الأسرة، بسبب رفضها إعطاءهما مبالغ مالية. وتمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من تحديد وضبط المتهمين، وتبين أنهما نجلا السيدة ويقيمان بدائرة القسم، ويعمل أحدهما جزارًا. وبمواجهتهما، اعترفا بارتكاب الواقعة، وأقرا بأن مشادة نشبت بينهم وبين والدتهما بسبب رفضها إعطاءهما أموالًا، قبل أن تتطور إلى التعدي عليها بالضرب والسب. واتخذت الأجهزة الأمنية الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وأحالت المتهمين إلى النيابة العامة، التي قررت تقديمهما للمحاكمة العاجلة أمام محكمة الجنح.

The details of the case date back to the monitoring by the Ministry of Interior's devices of a post supported by a photo and a video clip that were circulated on social media, which included a complaint from a woman about being assaulted and verbally abused by her two sons. Upon investigation, the security agencies were able to identify the woman appearing in the video, and it was found that she is a housewife residing in the jurisdiction of the Sayyida Zainab police station.
Identification, Arrest, and Confession
Upon questioning her, she accused her sons of assaulting her with verbal abuse and physical violence, explaining that the incident occurred on the 27th of this month, while they were inside the family home, due to her refusal to give them financial amounts. The security agencies were able to identify and arrest the suspects, and it was found that they are the woman’s sons and reside in the jurisdiction of the police station, with one of them working as a butcher. When confronted, they confessed to committing the act and acknowledged that a quarrel had erupted between them and their mother due to her refusal to give them money, which escalated to physical assault and verbal abuse. The security agencies took the necessary legal measures and referred the suspects to the Public Prosecution, which decided to present them for urgent trial before the Misdemeanor Court.
