سحب النجم العراقي كاظم الساهر أغنية «الحلوين» من ألبومه الجديد «بلا عنوان»، بعد يومين فقط من طرح الألبوم عبر المنصات الموسيقية، إثر اكتشاف أن الأغنية سبق تقديمها بصوت الفنان العراقي حميد منصور قبل عقود.
وجاء قرار حذف الأغنية بعدما تبيّن لفريق عمل الساهر أن العمل سبق طرحه عام 1979 بعنوان «وش قالوا الحلوين»، بصوت حميد منصور، ما دفع إلى إزالة النسخة الجديدة من قائمة أغنيات الألبوم.
مراجعة حقوق الأغنية
وبحسب المعلومات المتداولة، فإن الأغنية من كلمات الشاعر بشير العبودي، فيما سبق بيع كلماتها للفنان حميد منصور، قبل أن تُقدَّم لاحقاً بصوت كاظم الساهر، دون علمه بطرحها سابقاً، الأمر الذي أثار تساؤلات بشأن حقوق ملكية العمل.
وكانت «الحلوين» ضمن أغنيات ألبوم «بلا عنوان» عند طرحه، وهي من كلمات بشير العبودي، وألحان كاظم الساهر، وتوزيع محب الراوي، قبل أن تختفي من المنصات الموسيقية عقب مراجعة تفاصيل الأغنية وحقوقها.
18 أغنية في «بلا عنوان»
ويضم ألبوم كاظم الساهر الجديد «بلا عنوان» 18 أغنية، تولّى «القيصر» كتابة وتلحين عدد كبير منها، إلى جانب تعاونه مع عدد من الشعراء والملحنين والموزعين في بقية الأعمال.
