شهدت منطقة كورنيش مصر القديمة في القاهرة، اليوم (السبت)، واقعة مأساوية، بعد العثور على أسرة مكونة من 3 أفراد متوفين داخل سيارة ملاكي، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة والأجهزة الأمنية التحقيق لكشف ملابسات الواقعة وتحديد سبب الوفاة.
وعثرت الأجهزة المعنية على الأب، البالغ من العمر 66 عاماً، وزوجته (55 عاماً)، وابنتهما (25 عاماً)، متوفين داخل السيارة المتوقفة أسفل الطريق الدائري بمنطقة كورنيش مصر القديمة.
وبحسب التحريات والفحوص الأولية، يشتبه في أن تسرباً من نظام تكييف السيارة تسبب في تعرض أفراد الأسرة للاختناق، إلا أن السبب النهائي للوفاة لم يُحسم بعد، انتظاراً لما تسفر عنه أعمال الطب الشرعي والفحص الفني للسيارة.
بلاغ يكشف الواقعة
بدأت تفاصيل الحادثة بعد تلقي الأجهزة الأمنية بلاغاً يفيد بالعثور على 3 أشخاص لا يستجيبون داخل سيارة متوقفة بالمنطقة.
وانتقلت القوات إلى الموقع، حيث جرى فحص السيارة والجثامين، وتبين عدم وجود إصابات ظاهرية تشير إلى تعرض أفراد الأسرة لاعتداء، كما عُثر على متعلقاتهم داخل السيارة.
وأظهرت المعلومات الأولية أن السيارة من طراز «نيسان» ومملوكة للأب.
بداية المأساة
وتشير التحريات الأولية إلى أن الواقعة بدأت بعدما شعرت الابنة بحالة إعياء ودوار شديد، في ظل معاناتها من مشكلة في الأذن الوسطى، ما دفع والدها إلى التوقف بالسيارة لمساعدتها.
وخلال محاولة الأم مساعدة ابنتها، شعرت هي الأخرى بالدوار، قبل أن تظهر الأعراض نفسها على الأب.
وبقي أفراد الأسرة داخل السيارة المغلقة بينما كان نظام التكييف يعمل، قبل أن تتدهور حالتهم ويفارقوا الحياة، وسط اشتباه أولي في تسرب غاز من نظام التكييف إلى داخل المقصورة.
وذكرت تقارير محلية أن الأسرة ظلت داخل السيارة نحو 4 ساعات قبل اكتشاف الواقعة.
انقطاع الاتصال يكشف مكانهم
وتكشفت الواقعة بعدما حاول شقيق الأب ونجله التواصل مع أفراد الأسرة، إلا أنهما لم يتلقيا أي رد على هواتفهم.
ومع استمرار انقطاع الاتصال، بدأت الأسرة في البحث عنهم، إلى أن جرى تحديد موقع السيارة والعثور على أفراد الأسرة الثلاثة بداخلها.
كما أفادت تقارير بأن خطيب الابنة استعان بخاصية تحديد الموقع المرتبطة بهاتفها، في محاولة للوصول إليها، ما ساعد في تحديد مكان السيارة.
النيابة تحقق
ونُقلت الجثامين إلى مشرحة زينهم تحت تصرف جهات التحقيق، فيما أمرت النيابة العامة بتشريحها وإعداد التقارير الطبية اللازمة للوقوف على سبب الوفاة وملابساتها.
كما كُلّف المختصون بفحص السيارة ونظام التكييف، وتحديد طبيعة العطل الذي ربما أدى إلى تسرب الغاز، إلى جانب استكمال تحريات الأجهزة الأمنية.
السبب لم يُحسم
ورغم ترجيح الفحوص الأولية تعرّض أفراد الأسرة للاختناق نتيجة تسرب من نظام تكييف السيارة، فإن تحديد سبب الوفاة بشكل قاطع يظل مرهوناً بنتائج الطب الشرعي والفحص الفني، التي ستكشف حقيقة ما حدث داخل السيارة.
The Corniche area of Old Cairo witnessed a tragic incident today (Saturday), after a family of three was found deceased inside a private car. The public prosecutor and security agencies have begun an investigation to uncover the circumstances of the incident and determine the cause of death.
The authorities found the father, aged 66, his wife (55), and their daughter (25) deceased inside the car parked under the ring road in the Corniche area of Old Cairo.
According to initial investigations and examinations, it is suspected that a leak from the car's air conditioning system caused the family members to suffocate; however, the final cause of death has not yet been determined, pending the results of forensic examinations and technical inspections of the vehicle.
A report reveals the incident
The details of the incident began after security agencies received a report about three people unresponsive inside a parked car in the area.
The forces moved to the site, where they examined the car and the bodies, and found no visible injuries indicating that the family members had been assaulted, and their belongings were found inside the car.
Initial information showed that the car was a "Nissan" model and owned by the father.
The beginning of the tragedy
Preliminary investigations indicate that the incident began when the daughter felt unwell and experienced severe dizziness due to a middle ear problem, prompting her father to stop the car to assist her.
While the mother was trying to help her daughter, she also felt dizzy, before the same symptoms appeared in the father.
The family members remained inside the closed car while the air conditioning system was running, before their condition deteriorated and they lost their lives, amid initial suspicion of gas leaking from the air conditioning system into the cabin.
Local reports stated that the family remained inside the car for about four hours before the incident was discovered.
Communication breakdown reveals their location
The incident came to light after the father’s brother and son tried to contact the family members, but they received no response on their phones.
As communication continued to be cut off, the family began searching for them, until the location of the car was identified and the three family members were found inside.
Reports also indicated that the daughter's fiancé used the location tracking feature linked to her phone in an attempt to reach her, which helped pinpoint the car's location.
The prosecution investigates
The bodies were transferred to the Zeinhom morgue under the supervision of the investigative authorities, while the public prosecutor ordered an autopsy and the preparation of necessary medical reports to determine the cause of death and its circumstances.
Specialists have also been tasked with examining the car and the air conditioning system, and identifying the nature of the malfunction that may have led to the gas leak, in addition to continuing the investigations by security agencies.
The cause remains undetermined
Although initial examinations suggest that the family members suffocated due to a leak from the car's air conditioning system, determining the cause of death definitively remains contingent on the results of forensic examinations and technical inspections, which will reveal the truth of what happened inside the car.
