في مشهد درامي غير مألوف، تحولت جولة تفتيشية مفاجئة لوزير الداخلية الباكستاني محسن نقوي، إلى زلزال إداري أطاح بجميع موظفي مكتب جوازات السفر في مدينة غوجرانوالا دفعة واحدة، بعد كشف المستور خلف الأبواب المغلقة قبل نهاية الدوام الرسمي.
وفي تفاصيل الواقعة التي أشعلت منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، وصل الوزير إلى مقر المكتب دون أي ترتيبات مسبقة، ليتفاجأ ببدء الموظفين في تنظيف المقر وإغلاق الأبواب بوجه المواطنين عند الساعة الرابعة مساءً، بالرغم من أن موعد الإغلاق الرسمي هو الرابعة والنصف.
ولم يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد، بل رصدت الجولة حرمان عشرات المواطنين المتواجدين من الدخول أو إتمام معاملاتهم، وسط حالة من التعطيل المتعمد لمصالح الناس، وهو ما أثار غضب الوزير بشكل عارم.
وبسبب هذا الإهمال الصارخ، أصدر وزير الداخلية الباكستاني قراراً تاريخياً وفورياً بإقالة الطاقم الإداري والموظفين بالكامل، موجهاً رسالة شديدة اللهجة لجميع المؤسسات: «لن نسمح بأي تقاعس في خدمة الشعب».
