لم تكن الحرب المستعرة بين شاشات الهواتف وقاعات المحاكم الكندية سوى واجهة لسيناريو دموي كاد يُسيل الدماء في أوروبا والمغرب، بعدما كشفت تسريبات مسربة عن مخطط إجرامي كان يُطبخ في الخفاء بين «يوتيوبر» مقيم في كندا وبارون مخدرات نافذ، لتصفية قضاة ومحامين عبر عصابات اغتيال عابرة للحدود.
البداية تشكلت عندما استشاط «اليوتيوبر» هشام جيراندو غضباً عقب صدور أحكام قضائية صارمة ضده في كندا تقضي بسجنه وتغريمه مبالغ طائلة لصالح 4 ضحايا (قاضيان ومحامٍ ومسؤول بنكي). وبدلاً من الانصياع للقانون، قرر الالتفاف على الأحكام بلغة السلاح والترهيب، مرسلاً صور الضحايا لبارون المخدرات عبد الواحد الغزاوي مصحوبة بطلب مباشر صريح: «هاد 4 بغيتهم يندمو على النهار لي فكروا فيه يأديوني»، في محاولة لإرغامهم على التنازل عن القضايا والتعويضات.
التحريض اللفظي سرعان ما تحول إلى خطة تنفيذ ميدانية، إذ أظهرت المحادثات الاتفاق على سيناريو تصفية محبوك يستهدف المحامي أثناء تواجده بإسبانيا. وتعهد البارون باستقدام فرقة من القتلة المأجورين من قلب فرنسا لاقتحام شقة الضحية بمدينة ماربيا، معقباً في رسالته: «ذلك المحامي غادي نشدولك في مربيا.. عندي ناس تاع فرنسا تما مجهدين».
وفي الوقت الذي كانت فيه العقارب تسير نحو ساعة الصفر، وجهت الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية في المغرب (BNPJ) ضربة أمنية خاطفة أطاحت ببارون المخدرات في اللحظات الأخيرة وقبل الانتقال للتنفيذ المادي، لتسقط الأقنعة وتتحول التسريبات إلى ملف جنائي ثقيل يضع المتورطين أمام ملاحقات قضائية بتهم التحريض والإعداد لتصفيات جسدية.
The raging war between phone screens and Canadian courtrooms was nothing but a facade for a bloody scenario that nearly spilled blood in Europe and Morocco, after leaked documents revealed a criminal plot being cooked up in secret between a YouTuber residing in Canada and a powerful drug lord, to eliminate judges and lawyers through cross-border assassination gangs.
The beginning took shape when the YouTuber Hicham Girando became furious after harsh court rulings were issued against him in Canada, sentencing him to prison and imposing hefty fines in favor of 4 victims (two judges, a lawyer, and a bank official). Instead of complying with the law, he decided to circumvent the rulings with the language of weapons and intimidation, sending pictures of the victims to drug lord Abdel Wahid El Ghazawi, accompanied by a direct and explicit request: “I want these 4 to regret the day they thought about suing me,” in an attempt to force them to withdraw their cases and compensations.
The verbal incitement quickly transformed into a field execution plan, as conversations revealed an agreement on a well-crafted assassination scenario targeting the lawyer while he was in Spain. The drug lord pledged to bring in a team of hired killers from the heart of France to storm the victim's apartment in Marbella, commenting in his message: “I will catch that lawyer in Marbella.. I have people from France who are ready there.”
As the hands of the clock were moving towards zero hour, the National Judicial Police Brigade in Morocco (BNPJ) launched a swift security operation that brought down the drug lord at the last moment, just before the physical execution was to take place, causing the masks to fall and transforming the leaks into a heavy criminal file that puts the involved parties under judicial pursuit on charges of incitement and preparation for physical eliminations.
