في شهادة مرعبة زلزلت أروقة القضاء الأمريكي وأعادت فضح مخاطر الذكاء الاصطناعي غير المشفر، فجّرت سيدة تُدعى Jane Doe مفاجأة صادمة بإعلان انضمامها لدعوى قضائية نارية ضد شركة «xAI» المملوكة للملياردير إيلون ماسك، اتهمت فيها زوج أمها بالتعدي على طفولتها عبر التكنولوجيا.
كشفت المرأة في تفاصيل مأساوية أوردتها صحيفتا «واشنطن بوست» و«تك كرانش»، أن المتهم استغل برمجيات روبوت الذكاء الاصطناعي «غروك» (Grok) ليدخل صورة قديمة التقُطت لها وهي في الحادية عشرة من عمرها، ويعيد إنتاجها وتزييفها لتتحول إلى أرشيف أسود يضم أكثر من 7000 صورة إباحية فاضحة.
واتخذت الواقعة المأساوية منحنى أكثر دراماتيكية وحزناً عقب تدخُّل أجهزة إنفاذ القانون والمداهمات الأمنية:
- النهاية الانتحارية: عقب اكتشاف السلطات لأرشيف الصور الفاضحة على أجهزته خلال المداهمة، عُثر على زوج الأم ميتاً بالانتحار بعد يومين فقط من الفضيحة.
- تحذير الضحية: صرخت السيدة في وثائق المحكمة قائلة: «الوصول المفتوح لهذه الأدوات بدون قيود يلتهم حياتنا اليومية ويحولها إلى كابوس لاستغلال الأطفال جنسياً».
وتأتي شهادة Jane Doe لتضم جهودها إلى 3 مراهقات من ولاية تينيسي يُلاحقن شركة إيلون ماسك قضائياً، بتهمة التعمد والتغاضي عن وضع حواجز حماية تمنع الذكاء الاصطناعي من إنتاج صور جنسية صريحة لأشخاص حقيقيين وقُصّر.
ويطالب تحالف الضحايا بتحويل الملف إلى دعوى جماعية شاسعة، في وقت تواجه فيه منصة «إكس» اتهامات دولية بإغراق الشبكة بسيل من الصور الإباحية المصنعة عبر غروك.
