في خطوة قضائية حازمة أثلجت صدور الشارع المغربي وهزت أروقة القطاع الصحي بمدينة بني ملال، أسدلت المحكمة الابتدائية الستار على واحدة من أكثر قضايا الابتزاز سخونة، مصدرة حكماً يقضي بالسجن النافذ لمدة 8 أشهر وغرامة مالية قدرها 10 آلاف درهم بحق طبيب وموظفين بالمستشفى الجهوي، إلى جانب حارسي أمن خاص!
المأساة التي كتمت أنفاس المرضى والمراجعين داخل هذا الصرح الاستشفائي لم تكن لتنكشف لولا شجاعة مواطن مغربي رفض الاستسلام للمساومة المالية، حيث أصر على إبلاغ السلطات فور مطالبته بدفع مبلغ مالي مقابل استفادته من خدمة طبية كفلها له القانون.
لم يتردد المواطن المغربي، ورفع هاتفه ليرفع شكواه عبر «الرقم الأخضر» المخصص لمكافحة الفساد. وبمجرد ورود البلاغ، أصدرت المحكمة الابتدائية تعليمات عاجلة ومباشرة لعناصر الشرطة القضائية ببني ملال لمباشرة التحريات وفحص المعطيات ميدانياً.
وأثبتت الأبحاث الدقيقة تورط الطبيب ومساعديه، ليتم إعداد مخطط أمني خاطف أسفر عن توقيف المتهمين الأربعة وتكبيلهم بالحديد، ثم إيداعهم الحراسة النظرية لمتابعتهم في حالة اعتقال خلف الأسوار.
وأمام هيئة المحكمة، لم تصمد محاولات التبرير في مواجهة الأدلة الدامغة، لتقضي المحكمة بإدانتهم جميعاً بالسجن النافذ.
وجاء هذا الحكم الرادع ليرسل رسالة صريحة مفادها بأن استغلال أوجاع المرضى والمتاجرة بخدمات الدولة الصحية لن يمر دون عقاب، مؤكداً أن «الرقم الأخضر» بات السلاح الأكثر فاعلية بيد المغاربة لدك حصون الفساد وحماية أمن المجتمع.
In a decisive judicial step that has delighted the Moroccan public and shaken the corridors of the health sector in Beni Mellal, the court of first instance has closed the curtain on one of the hottest extortion cases, issuing a ruling that sentences a doctor and employees at the regional hospital, along with two private security guards, to 8 months in prison and a fine of 10,000 dirhams!
The tragedy that stifled the breath of patients and visitors inside this healthcare institution would not have been revealed without the courage of a Moroccan citizen who refused to succumb to financial blackmail, as he insisted on reporting to the authorities as soon as he was asked to pay a sum of money in exchange for receiving a medical service guaranteed to him by law.
The Moroccan citizen did not hesitate and raised his phone to file his complaint through the "green number" designated for combating corruption. Upon receiving the report, the court of first instance issued urgent and direct instructions to the judicial police in Beni Mellal to initiate investigations and examine the data on the ground.
Thorough investigations confirmed the involvement of the doctor and his assistants, leading to the preparation of a swift security plan that resulted in the arrest of the four suspects and their being handcuffed, followed by their detention in police custody to be prosecuted while in custody behind bars.
Before the court, attempts at justification could not withstand the overwhelming evidence, leading the court to convict them all to effective imprisonment.
This deterrent ruling sends a clear message that exploiting the suffering of patients and trading in state health services will not go unpunished, affirming that the "green number" has become the most effective weapon in the hands of Moroccans to dismantle the fortifications of corruption and protect community security.
