أعلنت أمانة محافظة جدة بدء إجراءات استكمال منح المواطنين، وذلك لـ2418 مستفيداً في محافظات جدة ورابغ والليث.
وأوضحت الأمانة أن المستفيدين يشملون 1481 مستفيداً في محافظة جدة، و842 مستفيداً في محافظة رابغ، و95 مستفيداً في محافظة الليث، إذ ستُخَصَّص قطع الأراضي ضمن مخططات معتمدة في رابغ والليث، فيما سيُعَوَّض المستفيدون من منح مخطط المليساء المنقولة في جدة بقطع أراضٍ في مخطط طيبة رقم 612/ج/س.
وأكدت الأمانة أن تخصيص الأراضي سيتم من خلال القرعة الإلكترونية وفق آلية رقمية تضمن الشفافية والعدالة وتكافؤ الفرص بين جميع المستفيدين، وذلك وفق الضوابط والإجراءات المعتمدة.
ودعت الأمانة جميع المستفيدين إلى الدخول عبر بوابة العملاء باستخدام النفاذ الوطني الموحد، وتحديث بياناتهم واستكمال المتطلبات، تمهيداً للمشاركة في إجراءات القرعة الإلكترونية واستكمال عملية التخصيص.
وأشارت إلى أن تطبيق آلية القرعة الإلكترونية يأتي في إطار جهود أمانة محافظة جدة لتعزيز التحول الرقمي، وتطوير الخدمات البلدية، ورفع كفاءة الإجراءات، بما يسهم في تسريع إنجاز معاملات المنح وتحسين تجربة المستفيد، داعية جميع المستفيدين إلى المبادرة باستكمال إجراءاتهم والاطلاع على التعليمات والخطوات عبر القنوات الرسمية، مؤكدة استمرار تقديم الدعم والإجابة عن الاستفسارات من خلال بوابة أمانة جدة الرقمية https://www.jeddah.gov.sa/s/INIlv.
The Jeddah Governorate Secretariat announced the commencement of procedures to complete the granting of citizens, for 2418 beneficiaries in the governorates of Jeddah, Rabigh, and Al-Lith.
The secretariat clarified that the beneficiaries include 1481 beneficiaries in the governorate of Jeddah, 842 beneficiaries in the governorate of Rabigh, and 95 beneficiaries in the governorate of Al-Lith. The land plots will be allocated within approved plans in Rabigh and Al-Lith, while beneficiaries from the transferred Al-Milsa plan in Jeddah will be compensated with land plots in the Taiba plan No. 612/J/S.
The secretariat confirmed that the allocation of land will be done through an electronic lottery according to a digital mechanism that ensures transparency, fairness, and equal opportunities among all beneficiaries, in accordance with the approved regulations and procedures.
The secretariat called on all beneficiaries to log in through the customer portal using the unified national access, update their data, and complete the requirements, in preparation for participating in the electronic lottery procedures and completing the allocation process.
It pointed out that the application of the electronic lottery mechanism is part of the efforts of the Jeddah Governorate Secretariat to enhance digital transformation, develop municipal services, and improve the efficiency of procedures, which contributes to speeding up the completion of grant transactions and improving the beneficiary experience.
