أغلقت محكمة التمييز الكويتية الستار نهائياً على واحدة من أكثر القضايا إثارة للجدل، إذ أصدرت الدائرة الثالثة حكماً بحبس الناشط المعروف باسم عبدالله فيروز لمدة 5 سنوات مع الشغل والنفاذ، في قضية تتعلق بتزوير مستندات رسمية وانتحال نسب عائلة كويتية.
انتحال اسم وتزوير مستندات
وجاء حكم «التمييز» مؤيداً لإدانة الناشط المتهم بتزوير معاملات ودعاوى قضائية واستخدام محررات فقدت قوتها القانونية. وكشفت التحقيقات التي أجرتها مباحث الجنسية وأمن الدولة بوزارة الداخلية الكويتية، أن الاسم الحقيقي للناشط المتهم هو محمد حسن الكيلاني، وأنه تعمد انتحال اسم «عبدالله فيروز» واستخدام مستندات تدعي نسبه لعائلة كويتية رغم صدور أحكام سابقة بنفي هذا النسب.
وشهدت رحلة القضية في أروقة المحاكم الكويتية محطات مثيرة، إذ قضت محكمة الجنايات أولاً بحبسه 7 سنوات، قبل أن تخفف محكمة الاستئناف الحكم إلى 5 سنوات مع الشغل والنفاذ وغرامة مالية، وهو الحكم الذي أيدته «التمييز» في جلستها الأخيرة ليصبح نهائياً وباتاً.
وأثارت القضية ردود فعل واسعة في الأوساط الكويتية، خصوصاً أن المتهم عُرف بنشاطه العام تحت هذا الاسم «المنتحل». واعتبر قانونيون أن الحكم يمثل انتصاراً لهيبة الوثائق الرسمية والجنسية الكويتية، ورسالة حازمة لكل من يحاول التلاعب بسجلات النسب والمحررات الرسمية في الدولة.

The "Cassation" ruling upheld the conviction of the activist accused of forging transactions and legal claims and using documents that had lost their legal validity. Investigations conducted by the Department of Nationality and State Security at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior revealed that the real name of the accused activist is Mohammed Hassan Al-Kilani, and that he deliberately impersonated the name "Abdullah Firoz" and used documents claiming his lineage to a Kuwaiti family despite previous rulings denying this lineage.
The journey of the case through the Kuwaiti courts witnessed exciting phases, as the Criminal Court initially sentenced him to 7 years in prison, before the Appeals Court reduced the sentence to 5 years with hard labor and a financial fine, a ruling that was upheld by the "Cassation" in its last session, making it final and conclusive.
