أعلنت أكبر وكالة أمريكية لإنفاذ قوانين الهجرة ترحيل 442,637 شخصاً خلال السنة المالية 2025 (من أكتوبر 2024 إلى سبتمبر 2025)، وفقاً لإحصاءات رسمية جديدة.
وتُعد هذه الإحصائية الأولى الرسمية الصادرة تحت إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترمب، وهي مدرجة في تقرير تبرير الميزانية المقدم إلى الكونغرس.
وتُظهر الأرقام زيادة بنحو 171 ألف حالة ترحيل مقارنة بالعام المالي السابق، لكنها لا تزال بعيدة عن تعهد ترمب خلال حملته الانتخابية بترحيل مليون مهاجر سنوياً.
زيادة ملحوظة لكن دون الهدف
وجاءت هذه البيانات ضمن تقرير تبرير ميزانية قُدم إلى الكونغرس، في وقت لم يُحدّث فيه مكتب إحصاءات الأمن الداخلي بياناته منذ نوفمبر 2024.
ولم يتضمن التقرير ما يُعرف بسياسة «الترحيل الذاتي»، التي تروج لها وزارة الأمن الداخلي، والتي تزعم أن أكثر من مليوني شخص غادروا البلاد طواعية، دون نشر بيانات تفصيلية منتظمة تدعم هذه الأرقام.
خطط طموحة وتمويل أقل
ورغم الأرقام الحالية، كشفت الوثائق أن الوكالة تستهدف ترحيل مليون شخص خلال العام المقبل، إلّا أن ذلك يتزامن مع طلب ميزانية أقل للعام المالي 2027 مقارنة بعام 2026.
واقترحت الوكالة خفض نحو 751 مليون دولار من ميزانيات احتجاز المهاجرين ونقلهم، مبررة ذلك بالحصول على تمويل إضافي بمليارات الدولارات عبر قانون «المليار الجميل الواحد» الذي أُقر في صيف 2025.
كما خفّضت طلبات تمويل العمل الإضافي للضباط بنحو 155 مليون دولار.

ويشمل العام المالي 2025 الأشهر الأخيرة من ولاية الرئيس السابق جو بايدن، إضافة إلى معظم السنة الأولى من ولاية ترمب الحالية.
وبحسب البيانات، فإن نحو 167 ألف شخص من إجمالي المرحّلين لديهم سجلات جنائية، سواء عبر إدانات أو قضايا قيد النظر، وهو ما يمثل نحو 38% من إجمالي عمليات الترحيل.
وتؤكد الإدارة الأمريكية أنها تركز بشكل متزايد على استهداف ما تصفه بـ«أخطر العناصر»، ضمن استراتيجيتها لتعزيز إنفاذ قوانين الهجرة.

This is the first official statistic released under President Donald Trump's administration and is included in the budget justification report submitted to Congress.
The numbers show an increase of about 171,000 deportations compared to the previous fiscal year, but they still fall short of Trump's campaign promise to deport one million immigrants annually.
Notable Increase but Below Target
This data was part of a budget justification report submitted to Congress, at a time when the Department of Homeland Security's statistics office had not updated its data since November 2024.
The report did not include what is known as the "self-deportation" policy, promoted by the Department of Homeland Security, which claims that over two million people left the country voluntarily, without providing regular detailed data to support these figures.
Aspiring Plans but Less Funding
Despite the current numbers, documents revealed that the agency aims to deport one million people in the upcoming year, yet this coincides with a request for a lower budget for fiscal year 2027 compared to 2026.
The agency proposed a reduction of about $751 million from the budgets for detaining and transporting migrants, justifying this by obtaining additional funding in the billions through the "One Billion Beautiful" law passed in the summer of 2025.
It also reduced requests for overtime funding for officers by about $155 million.
Details of the Numbers
The fiscal year 2025 includes the last months of former President Joe Biden's term, as well as most of the first year of Trump's current term.
According to the data, about 167,000 of the total deportees have criminal records, whether through convictions or pending cases, which represents about 38% of the total deportations.
The U.S. administration emphasizes that it is increasingly focusing on targeting what it describes as "the most dangerous elements" as part of its strategy to enhance immigration law enforcement.
