في فضيحة جديدة تهزّ وزارة العدل البريطانية، بطلها هذه المرة هو المهاجر الأفغاني فايز خان (26 عامًا) الذي سُجن أخيرًا بعد تهديده السياسي البريطاني المعروف نايجل فاراج بالقتل، والذي ظهر الآن في مقاطع فيديو جديدة من داخل زنزانته، نُشرت على تطبيق تيك توك وأثارت موجة غضب واسعة في بريطانيا.
وصل المهاجر الأفغاني إلى المملكة المتحدة على متن قارب صغير بطريقة غير شرعية، وكان قد حُكم عليه الشهر الماضي بالسجن خمس سنوات بسبب تهديده العلني بقتل فاراج، إلى جانب ثمانية أشهر إضافية بتهمة خرق قوانين الهجرة.
لكنّ المفاجأة جاءت عندما بدأت حسابات على «تيك توك» تنشر تسعة مقاطع مصوّرة له من داخل السجن، يظهر فيها وهو يوجّه إهانات ويقوم بإشارات تشبه إطلاق النار، مردّدًا كلمات مثل: «بوب بوب بوب»، في إشارة ساخرة إلى تهديداته السابقة.
وحصدت الفيديوهات عشرات الآلاف من المشاهدات قبل أن يتم حذفها بعد تدخل وزارة العدل مساء أمس (السبت). وقال متحدّث باسم مصلحة السجون لصحيفة «التليغراف»: «من المروّع أن يتمكّن هذا المجرم من الوصول إلى هاتف داخل السجن. تم اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لإزالة المقاطع والحساب بالكامل».
وأضاف المسؤول البريطاني أن أي سجين يُضبط بحوزته هاتف أو يستخدم وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي قد يواجه عقوبات إضافية، من بينها تمديد مدة الحكم.
فاراج يردّ: «بريطانيا منهارة»
في المقابل، نشر السياسي اليميني نايجل فاراج أحد المقاطع عبر حسابه في منصة X (تويتر سابقًا) مرفقًا بتعليق غاضب: «هذا هو الشخص الذي هدد بقتلي. كيف يُسمح له بنشر هذه الفيديوهات من داخل السجن؟ بريطانيا منهارة».
وبحسب التليغراف، فتشت السلطات زنزانة خان لكن لم يُعثر على أي هاتف، ما دفع المحققين للاعتقاد بأنه ربما أرسل المقاطع إلى شخص خارج السجن ليتولى نشرها لاحقًا.
وتأتي هذه الفضيحة بعد سلسلة إخفاقات محرجة لمصلحة السجون البريطانية، من بينها الإفراج عن مدانٍ بالاعتداء الجنسي على قاصر بالخطأ، والسماح لنزيل آخر بقيادة مظاهرة من داخل محبسه عبر الهاتف. وأثارت هذه الوقائع مجتمعة موجة انتقادات واسعة ضد وزارة العدل.
يذكر أن المهاجر الأفغاني كان قد نشر في وقت سابق مقطعًا هدّد فيه بإطلاق النار على فاراج فور وصوله إلى بريطانيا، مشيرًا إلى وشم لسلاح كلاشينكوف على ذراعه. وقال خلال الفيديو: «سأطلق النار عليك عندما أصل إنجلترا.. بوب بوب بوب».
ورغم اعترافه بدخول بريطانيا بشكل غير قانوني، إلا أنه أنكر نيّته تنفيذ التهديد، زاعمًا أن تصريحاته كانت «مجرد مزاح». لكن المحكمة لم تأخذ بتبريره، معتبرة تهديداته «خطيرة ومتعمدة»، وحكمت عليه بالسجن لسنوات.

The Afghan immigrant arrived in the United Kingdom on a small boat illegally and was sentenced last month to five years in prison for his public threat to kill Farage, along with an additional eight months for violating immigration laws.
However, the surprise came when accounts on TikTok began to publish nine video clips of him from inside the prison, showing him hurling insults and making gestures resembling shooting, repeating words like: "Pop pop pop," in a mocking reference to his previous threats.
The videos garnered tens of thousands of views before being deleted after the intervention of the Ministry of Justice last night (Saturday). A spokesperson for the prison service told The Telegraph: "It is shocking that this criminal was able to access a phone inside the prison. Immediate action was taken to remove the clips and the account entirely."
The British official added that any prisoner caught with a phone or using social media could face additional penalties, including an extension of their sentence.
Farage Responds: "Britain is Collapsing"
In response, right-wing politician Nigel Farage shared one of the clips on his account on platform X (formerly Twitter), accompanied by an angry comment: "This is the person who threatened to kill me. How is he allowed to post these videos from inside prison? Britain is collapsing."
According to The Telegraph, authorities searched Khan's cell but found no phone, leading investigators to believe he may have sent the clips to someone outside the prison to post them later.
This scandal comes after a series of embarrassing failures for the British prison service, including the accidental release of a convicted sex offender and allowing another inmate to lead a protest from inside his cell via phone. These incidents collectively sparked widespread criticism against the Ministry of Justice.
It is worth noting that the Afghan immigrant had previously posted a clip in which he threatened to shoot Farage upon arriving in Britain, pointing to a tattoo of a Kalashnikov on his arm. He said in the video: "I will shoot you when I get to England... Pop pop pop."
Despite admitting to entering Britain illegally, he denied any intention to carry out the threat, claiming his statements were "just a joke." However, the court did not accept his justification, deeming his threats "serious and deliberate," and sentenced him to years in prison.
