أكد المدير الرياضي للفريق الأول بنادي القادسية كارلوس أنتون، أن مشروع نادي القادسية يقوم على إستراتيجية محددة وواضحة، تتضمن خططاً مرنة تتماشى مع متطلبات المراحل المختلفة، مشيراً إلى أن النادي يعمل وفق أسلوب وآلية واضحة في اختيار اللاعبين والمدربين بما يخدم أهداف المشروع على المديين القريب والبعيد.
وأوضح أن اختيار المدرب جاء بعد وضع معايير دقيقة تتوافق مع رؤية النادي، إلى جانب إجراء مقابلات شخصية للتأكد من ملاءمته لتلك المعايير وقدرته على قيادة المرحلة القادمة بالشكل المطلوب.
وشدد أنتون على أن عملية بناء القادسية لا تقتصر على الجوانب الفنية فقط، بل تراعي أيضاً العادات والتقاليد والطاقة الإيجابية الموجودة داخل النادي، بما يسهم في خلق هوية متكاملة تعكس طموحات القادسية داخل وخارج الملعب.
The sports director of the first team at Al-Qadsiah Club, Carlos Anton, confirmed that the Al-Qadsiah Club project is based on a specific and clear strategy, which includes flexible plans that align with the requirements of different stages. He pointed out that the club operates according to a clear method and mechanism for selecting players and coaches that serve the project's goals in both the short and long term.
He explained that the choice of the coach came after setting precise criteria that align with the club's vision, in addition to conducting personal interviews to ensure his suitability for those criteria and his ability to lead the upcoming phase as required.
Anton emphasized that the process of building Al-Qadsiah is not limited to technical aspects only, but also takes into account the customs, traditions, and positive energy present within the club, contributing to the creation of a comprehensive identity that reflects Al-Qadsiah's ambitions both on and off the field.
