تنطلق منافسات كرة قدم الصالات غدا (الثلاثاء) ضمن النسخة السادسة من دورة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي -الرياض 2025- التي تقام خلال الفترة 7-21 نوفمبر الجاري في الرياض عاصمة المملكة العربية السعودية، بمشاركة أكثر من 3000 رياضي من 57 دولة يتنافسون في 23 رياضة لتخليد أسمائهم في سجلات شرف الدورة.
وتحتضن الصالات الخضراء في مجمع الأمير فيصل بن فهد الأولمبي منافسات كرة قدم الصالات، التي تلعب على مجموعتين، تضم الأولى منتخبات: المملكة العربية السعودية، وأوزبكستان، وليبيا، وأذربيجان، فيما يأتي في الثانية: المغرب، أفغانستان، طاجيكستان، إيران، إذ تلعب الجولات الثلاث أيام 4-6-8 من الشهر الجاري، فيما يقام نصف النهائي يوم 9، وتختتم بمباراتي النهائي وتحديد المركز الثالث في العاشر من الشهر ذاته.
وتنطلق مباريات الجولة الأولى بمواجهة المنتخب السعودي مع أوزبكستان عند الساعة 11:00 صباحاً، تليها مواجهة ليبيا وأذربيجان 1:30 ظهراً، ثم لقاء إيران والمغرب عند الساعة 4:00 عصراً، قبل أن يختتم اليوم بمواجهة أفغانستان وطاجيكستان عند الساعة 6:30 مساءً.
وتتواصل المنافسات في الجولة الثانية التي تلعب يوم 6 نوفمبر، بلقاء السعودية مع ليبيا، تليها مباراة أوزبكستان وأذربيجان، فيما تجمع المواجهة الثالثة إيران بأفغانستان، قبل أن تختتم الجولة بمباراة المغرب وطاجيكستان.
وفي ختام دور المجموعات، تلتقي السعودية مع أذربيجان، وتواجه أوزبكستان نظيرتها ليبيا، بينما يلعب المنتخب الإيراني أمام طاجيكستان، وتجمع المواجهة الأخيرة المغرب بأفغانستان.
وينتظر أن تشهد المسابقة مباريات قوية خلال المسابقة، في ظل وجود عدد منها في مراكز متقدمة في التصنيف الصادر من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم فيفا، 29 أغسطس الماضي، إذ يأتي المنتخب الإيراني في المركز الخامس عالمياً، والمغرب سادساً، وأوزبكستان (19)، وأفغانستان (33)، والسعودية (48)، وليبيا (45)، وطاجيكستان (46)، وأذربيجان (51).
يذكر أن منافسات كرة القدم للصالات تتواجد للمرة الأولى في دورة ألعاب التضامن الإسلامي، وذلك بعد 5 نسخ سابقة منذ انطلاقتها 2005 في المملكة العربية السعودية.
The futsal competitions will kick off tomorrow (Tuesday) as part of the sixth edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games - Riyadh 2025 - which will take place from November 7 to 21 in Riyadh, the capital of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with the participation of more than 3,000 athletes from 57 countries competing in 23 sports to immortalize their names in the honor rolls of the event.
The competitions will be hosted in the Green Halls at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Olympic Complex, where the futsal matches will be played in two groups. The first group includes the teams of Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Libya, and Azerbaijan, while the second group consists of Morocco, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Iran. The three rounds will take place on the 4th, 6th, and 8th of this month, with the semifinals scheduled for the 9th, and the finals and the third-place match concluding on the 10th of the same month.
The first round matches will begin with the Saudi team facing Uzbekistan at 11:00 AM, followed by the match between Libya and Azerbaijan at 1:30 PM, then Iran will meet Morocco at 4:00 PM, before the day concludes with the match between Afghanistan and Tajikistan at 6:30 PM.
The competitions will continue in the second round, which will be played on November 6, featuring Saudi Arabia against Libya, followed by the match between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan, while the third match will see Iran face Afghanistan, before concluding the round with a match between Morocco and Tajikistan.
At the end of the group stage, Saudi Arabia will meet Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan will face Libya, while the Iranian team will play against Tajikistan, and the final match will be between Morocco and Afghanistan.
The tournament is expected to witness strong matches, given that several teams are ranked high in the FIFA rankings released on August 29, with the Iranian team ranked fifth in the world, Morocco sixth, Uzbekistan (19), Afghanistan (33), Saudi Arabia (48), Libya (45), Tajikistan (46), and Azerbaijan (51).
It is worth noting that futsal competitions are being held for the first time in the Islamic Solidarity Games, following five previous editions since its inception in 2005 in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
