ولتعزيز جودة الخدمات، أنشأت stc أحد أكبر مراكز التشغيل في المنطقة، وزوّدته بشاشات عرض ضخمة بدقة تصل إلى 168 ميجابكسل، لرصد أداء البنية التحتية الرقمية لخدمات الألعاب ومتابعته بشكل لحظي، لضمان تجربة سلسة واستجابة فورية وإثراء تجربة الزوار والمشاركين.
كما اعتمدت المجموعة تقنيات الشبكات المعرفة بالبرمجيات (SDN) التي تتيح إدارة حركة البيانات بكفاءة عالية ودون انقطاع. وشملت التوسعة أيضًا زيادة تغطية ساحات البطولة بأكثر من 20% مقارنة بالنسخة السابقة.

As part of its early preparations for the 2025 tournament, the group allocated 27 supporting towers for advanced fifth-generation networks across all tournament areas, including three independent towers to directly serve the tournament center, in addition to an internal solutions network in the event buildings supported by more than 1,295 antennas covering fourth and fifth-generation services, providing internet speeds exceeding 2 gigabits per second, contributing to an exceptional experience.
To enhance service quality, stc established one of the largest operations centers in the region, equipped with massive display screens with a resolution of up to 168 megapixels, to monitor the performance of the digital infrastructure for gaming services in real-time, ensuring a seamless experience and immediate response, enriching the experience for visitors and participants.
The group also adopted Software-Defined Networking (SDN) technologies that allow for efficient and uninterrupted data traffic management. The expansion also included increasing the coverage of the tournament arenas by more than 20% compared to the previous edition.
