Sources from "Okaz" revealed that there are significant efforts and movements led by the honorary member of Al-Nasr and businessman Mohammed Al-Sayer to establish a policy and cooperative approach that helps Al-Nasr Club and its employees find solutions to all the obstacles faced by those working in the Al-Nasr profit company and the non-profit organization. The idea adopted by Al-Sayer focused on the presence of recognized Al-Nasr competencies in the fields of business, management, financial solutions, accounting, and law. Through his good relationships, he was able to obtain the approval of three of the most important known businessmen. Despite their reservations and reluctance to have their names mentioned, sources from "Okaz" revealed the names of the young group formed by lawyer Abdulilah Mohammed Al-Adhl, businessman Nasser Abdulrahman Al-Zamel, and Badr Al-Siyari, who specializes in financial auditing and accounting, in addition to Mohammed Al-Sayer, the honorary member of Al-Nasr and well-known businessman.

The source added that this group has adopted goals and a strategic vision aimed at serving Al-Nasr through plans that focused on bringing back well-known honorary members of Al-Nasr, led by the supportive member, whom the group expressed readiness to convince to return to the Al-Nasr scene. They also aim to attract new members to the Al-Nasr non-profit organization and create balance, harmony, and synergy among those working in the Al-Nasr profit company, the non-profit organization, and the executive board of the company, leveraging their support, expertise, and consultations from their experiences in commerce, management, and business, driven by their love for Al-Nasr and the desire to serve it away from official positions. The source concluded that this young group will present its vision and strategy during this period, especially with the upcoming end of the board of directors of the Al-Nasr profit company, which will conclude at the end of June, amid rising demands for significant changes and solutions to the administrative and technical problems facing Al-Nasr after a disappointing season on all fronts.

It is worth noting that Al-Sayer holds a bachelor's degree in financial management from the United States, a master's degree from both "London Business School" and "Harvard," and received the King Salman Award for Young Businessmen in 2012. He also chairs the Securities and Investment Committee at the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the boards of directors of many Saudi companies.
