لم تكن مجرد سهرات عابرة في أحد أرقى أحياء العاصمة التونسية، بل كانت البداية لأضخم فضيحة تهز أروقة السياسة والفن والإعلام، في قضية باتت تُعرف بـ «إبستين تونس». خطة شيطانية أدارها مخرج سينمائي معروف داخل فيلا فاخرة بمنطقة «البحيرة»، متحولة إلى مصيدة مغلقة لاصطياد نخبة المجتمع وابتزازهم.
اعتمد المخرج إستراتيجية محكمة لإيقاع ضحاياه، فبينما كان يدعو بعض الشخصيات البارزة مباشرة تحت غطاء سهرات الترفيه والاستراحة الخاصة للنخبة، كان يستدرج البعض الآخر عبر حسابات وهمية لفتيات على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، متبعاً أسلوب التحيل العاطفي وانتحال الصفة. وبمجرد دخول الضحية إلى المنزل، تبدأ الكاميرات السرية التي زرعها بزوايا خفية في كل الغرف بتسجيل كل التفاصيل بالصوت والصورة، ليتم حفظ المقاطع في حاسوبه الشخصي كمادة جاهزة للابتزاز المالي والسياسي.
وأكد مصدر أمني تونسي في تصريحات صحفية أن الأبحاث لم تتوقف عند القائمة الأولية التي تضم خمسة متهمين، بل اتسعت بشكل لافت بعد مواجهة المخرج بمقاطع الفيديو وتفريغ جهازه المحمول. وأوضح المصدر أن الاعترافات أزاحت الستار عن قائمة تطال كثيراً من الشخصيات والوجوه النافذة التي تورطت في فضائح أخلاقية تتعلق بممارسة الزنا و اللواط.
وتحدثت وسائل إعلام محلية عن تورط:
فنانين وموسيقيين: وردت أسماؤهم في التسجيلات، من بينهم الفنان محسن الشريف.
ممثلين ومسرحيين: تواجدوا في جلسات المنزل المشبوه.
محامين ونشطاء: شملت التحقيقات أسماء بارزة مثل المحامي والمحلل السياسي عبد العزيز المزوغي.
إعلاميين ووجوه بارزة: من بينهم أصحاب قنوات تلفزيونية ومقدمو برامج.
أطباء وأكاديميين جامعيين إلى جانب رجال أعمال ومسؤولين نافذين.
وكانت شرارة الملف انطلقت عندما تقدم مسؤول سابق بوزارة الشؤون الثقافية التونسية بشكوى رسمية للفرقة المركزية لوقاية الأخلاق ببن عروس، متهماً المخرج بانتحال صفته عبر مواقع التواصل وابتزازه مالياً. ومع اقتحام الأمن لمنزل المتهم ومصادرة حاسوبه، تكشفت الفضيحة المدوية. هذه الصدمة دفعت أحد المشتبه بهم إلى انهيار عصبي حاد نُقل على إثره إلى مصحة نفسية، فيما تواصل النيابة العمومية الاحتفاظ بالموقوفين وتمديد تحقيقاتها وسط حالة استنكار وغضب عارم في الشارع التونسي.

A diabolical plan orchestrated by a well-known film director inside a luxurious villa in the "Lac" area, transformed into a closed trap to ensnare the elite of society and blackmail them.
The director employed a meticulous strategy to ensnare his victims. While he directly invited some prominent figures under the guise of entertainment and relaxation soirées for the elite, he lured others through fake accounts of girls on social media platforms, employing emotional manipulation and impersonation. Once the victim entered the house, the hidden cameras he had placed in discreet corners of every room began recording every detail, both audio and video, with the clips saved on his personal computer as material ready for financial and political blackmail.
A Tunisian security source confirmed in press statements that the investigations did not stop at the initial list of five suspects but expanded significantly after confronting the director with the video clips and extracting data from his mobile device. The source explained that the confessions unveiled a list that implicated many influential figures involved in moral scandals related to adultery and sodomy.
Local media reported the involvement of:
Artists and musicians: Their names appeared in the recordings, including artist Mohsen Cherif.
Actors and theater artists: They were present in the suspicious home sessions.
Lawyers and activists: The investigations included prominent names such as lawyer and political analyst Abdel Aziz Al-Mzoughi.
Media figures and prominent personalities: Among them were television channel owners and program hosts.
Doctors and university academics alongside businessmen and influential officials.
The spark of the file ignited when a former official from the Tunisian Ministry of Cultural Affairs filed an official complaint with the central unit for moral protection in Ben Arous, accusing the director of impersonating him via social media and financially blackmailing him. With the police storming the suspect's home and confiscating his computer, the explosive scandal was revealed. This shock led one of the suspects to a severe nervous breakdown, after which he was transferred to a psychiatric clinic, while the public prosecutor continued to detain the arrested individuals and extend its investigations amid widespread outrage and anger in the Tunisian street.
